We had a great time as always at your resort, we have tried a couple of other places over the years but no one and we do mean NO ONE ever gets even close to the level of service, friendliness, and all round pleasure to deal with, when all is good as guest it's just that "good", but when something goes wrong (and it happens, never on purpose but hey, we are all humans) now that's when you find out if you are at the right place, if it's a small thing or big most resorts just gives the guest the runaround of "here's risk managements number" aka we don't care. The way your staff works together and real makes us feel so special is why we LOVE to come back for now a little over 9 years, we know that as soon as we come through those doors any and all things will be taken care of and all we have to do it relax and enjoy being pampered. A big thank you to all of your staff from cleaning crew to service desk, from low to high they all go the extra mile every day, every time. And that's why your resort is a true one of a kind.
