Stayed at Fremont hotel for about a week and I could honestly say I expected better service. I was rudely awaken at 11:47pm on Sept. 4th by a housekeeper that intruded my room (which had a do not disturb sign on it)... I was in bed with my girlfriend and she walks in turns the light on, realizes someone is there.. doesn't say a word and immediately leaves. Why would anyone come in that late to any room for "housekeeping" with a do not disturb sign on? I also called housekeeping asking to get new sheets, towels, and blankets. Once housekeeping had supposedly had come. When I called I was told "I'll do my best to make it to your room." No one ever came. I had to make a report to security and needless to say they did nothing to solve the issue. I wonder what may have happened if I weren't in the room at that moment with all of my valuables inside. This is the woman I was told would handle my situation by security she said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do because it was my fault that I was young it was a human error I should understand.
