We went to this Hard Rock Hotel for our honeymoon. This place is huge. It's like a town. Beautiful place, all inclusive, rooms are nice, many swimming pools, lots of entertainment, service is great-pretty much everybody had a great attitude and a smile on their face. Many of the employees went way beyond the expectations. We did have trouble with hot water so we moved rooms twice plus a little trouble with room service so one night out of 7 was frustrating but the night manager Miguel Angel Dominguez took care of everything once he learned about it. He definitely changed our night from frustrating to a happy one and actually made our stay even better than it was before (keep in mind that even before it was really great so he changed it to AMAZING). Thank you so much Miguel and everybody who works there.
One huge NO for us were the parrots and a monkey to take pictures with. Come on Hard Rock, you don't need to exploit animals for human entertainment. It's so unnecessary, cruel and made us feel very sad.
