Went to Lakeside about two weeks ago to try and grab a RV site and they were already filled up. The monthly rent is a little high in my opinion considering how far from town the park is, almost 7 miles to be exact. The lake is very nice and staff are friendly. Good security, they do rounds almost every hour. The sites are very small so you have to be extremely careful when backing your RV into the sites because there are so many trees around. You have to make sure your rig is parked just right before you deploy slide outs. Free electricity and free Wi Fi on standard sites. The lake front and water front sites are very expensive so those are only for people with a lot of money in my opinion. I would definitely consider moving to Lakeside if the right standard RV site opened up, there are a lot of trees and shade throughout the park. Paddles boats you can rent to go fishing in the lake, and there are a lot of ducks around. If I would change anything, they need better overflow parking, and bigger parking spaces at the RV sites. Especially for those of us that own more than one car. Overall very nice RV park.
