I will never stay here again! I booked our comp room plus two extra nights. The room I booked , or so I thought, was the Deluxe King with Gulf View. I called back to see if I could get the price quoted on the internet and the man said I had a better view in this room so I should keep it as opposed to getting the cheaper deal. I agreed. When we arrived, after a 12 hour drive we checked in and went to our room. It was 2 queen beds with a view of the parking garage roof! We went back to the front desk and showed them my confirmation. I asked to talk with the manager and she grabbed my phone and took it in another room where the manager was. The manager came out and said she couldn't do anything. They said just because we asked for that specific type room doesn't mean we will get it. I booked a month ago! So I asked the manager if I booked two queens or one King it really doesn't matter what I wanted because I probably wouldn't get it? She said it didn't matter and gave me no excuse. They in no way tried to accommodate us. I have always liked staying at Harrah's. Not anymore. I cancelled two nights and will take our money somewhere that appreciates their customers.
