Great rooms, decent food and the majority of the restaurant and bar staff are helpful characters that make sure you have a good time.
The steakhouse is on par with high end restaurants in Canada.
The guy that handled our check in was a jerk. After waiting - a while - he said we couldn't get three rooms with king size beds. Yet somehow the bellhop was able to get us into the rooms we reserved in five minutes.
Overall a great place, but first impressions have a tendency to last.
The gift shops just outside the resort gates are far cheaper than the stores on site. Also, getting WiFi access is tricky here. They require tickets for one hour of use, which seemed to disappear by the afternoon. Beach towels are also hard to come by if you're not at the pool house first thing in the morning.
