Stayed at Tropicana a few weeks ago and generally thought it was a good stay other than the terrible service of the spa. Had to wait an hour for a massage. After about a half hour of waiting, the front desk person came by and said it would only be a few more minutes so I decided to wait but it ended up another half hour. A lady finally came out and said she wasn’t the massage therapist booked but she would do my massage. Promised extra service of hot stones as complimentary because I had to wait so long; but never got it. It was a lot of money to put out to get that kind of service. To top it off, they put a 20% gratuity added in the price. There were definitely other good things about the hotel - room was clean and beds comfy. Also liked the location of hotel giving us lots of choices for food and for things to do
