The room itself was great. Would stay again but would expect better service at check in. We booked several weeks in advance, called the day of check in (because we had to work then drive several hours) to confirm we would still have our room. I booked a king NONSMOKING because that is what my husband and I wanted. We were assured over the phone our room would be available as long as we checked in by 2am. We arrived at 11:30-11:45pm and we're told we no longer have the reserved room available, we can get you a king smoking or double queen nonsmoking. There was no apologies, just will that be ok...what was I supposed to say, we drove 6 hours to get here...
Also, I mentioned that we received an email because of the status we booked gave us complimentary spa access and the same guy said I'd have to go to the spa for more information on that. When the spa opened, we went down to see about enjoying the ammenties to be told we had to go to the front desk to get the passes. The lady in the spa was great and tried to get the hotel to send them up for us but they insisted we had to come down to get them.
All in all the actual facility and the area was great, just super dissatisfied with the service from the front desk.
