The people showed me a apartment with a filthy tub and said it was move in ready, nasty dusty window seals, the manager here has terrible customer service.. I am not surprised to see the low rating on this property it's well deserved people if are going to pay to live somewhere make sure it is safe, clean, customer service is management’s top priority and not just getting you to sign a lease. This property does not have your best interest at heart when something goes wrong. This is an honest review.Beware of this property!
Worse place to live!! Do not live here ! Showed me a apartment had trash in it still from previous person. Leasing lady said it will be clean once before my first move in date. Moved in and it was still nasty!! Got maintence to clean and did a horrible job !! Anything that needed fix will get done a month later. My outside door was nasty and my apartment constantly smelled like smoke and I never smoked, previous person did ! I broke my lease and moving to Charleston Apartments in Mobile ! Best decision made ! And don’t bother asking a concern question to the manager , they become rude ! Have to do a 60 day notice plus pay 2 extra months of rent to break lease ! DONT MOVE HERE!!!
I have to say this is one of the best tracks in the United States when it comes to thoroughbred racing I want to thank my grandfather who is now since since passed away in 1995 for teaching me the sport of horse racing the only downfall is the purses are not as big as they used to be at one time if you want to get some bigger purses you need to go to the off-track betting that is behind the track one of my favorite tracks from the simulcast Center name of the track is called Mountaineer Park now this is a true story when I went to the off-track betting back in 2004 me and a good friend Jim bet it on a race at Mountaineer Park he put down he bet $10 and $15 and boy was I surprised the horses came in exactly that order trifecta oh my God Jim or done we're out of here I walked out with 1000 and my friend Jim got 300 and I told him we're done we're leaving right now and we did

I enjoyed the few months I stayed at arlington park. When ever I had an issue it was resolved promptly. The only bad thing I have to say honestly is when my roommate left and moved out without letting me know in the middle of our lease. So of course I had to move out due to the fact I wouldn’t be able to handle everything by myself. I moved to a sister property that was close within my price range. I hate that I got stuck with the balance for small damages and her stuff being left behind on my credit report for something I didn’t even do or ask to happen.....

It's a great place to spend the day people watching and looking at some magnificent horses. Try the vodka lemonade if you want to drink a drink that is worth the $9 you are spending at the races. Take the time to check out the horses at the circle near the stables before you place a bet. People bring their kids so be weary of that or go upstairs. The inside is very cool so be prepared for that when you go to the races. Good luck at the races!
Great time for a Saturday date! I would suggest buying the covered seating during the heat. Food was great and we didn't realize that you could bring in your own food. Very clean and fun atmosphere!
