I was a paying customer in the Plaza hotel in Las Vegas. Me and my wife have been incredibly inconvenienced by a very loud noise that woke us up out of a dead sleep around 0630am and again at 0800am as the noise was pounding the walls. I tried calling the manager and was told to hold several times only to be hung up everytime. I then went to the front desk to talk with the manager and regrettably, after 2 hours of sleep and the noise and not being in the best of moods, I had a lady who says she was the manager tell me off that I will be evicted if I did not go back to my room and shut up. I let her know I how displeased I was at her customer service followed by her telling me that we are evicted. I received a phone call from a gentleman who talked to her and smoothed this out and helped us with another room. We took the offer and went to the new room which was completely different and very uncomfortable unlike the room we had before. We are very displeased with this hotel and I will tell as many people as possible about our experience. I am reluctant to ever stay here again ... What a horrible experience !!!

It was nice hotel and I love the pool area. The bar wasn’t open I’m not if we were late or it just wasn’t open the evening. The key wouldn’t work for us and another couple to enter the pool so we had to wait for somebody to come to open the door. It was nice the hotel had fast food restaurants in it.
