We stopped in at the KwaTaqNuk Resort to check out the Casino. Good selection of current machines. Friendly staff. The only downside for us was the whole facility appears to be smoking. We do not smoke and this resulted in us not staying very long.

AC didn't work...room was not cleaned properly. Friendly staff. Maintenance needs to try harder...needs better management. Great location on the lake and could be first class.

Overall disappointing for the price. Customer service is none existent. Pool is under construction. Pictures on website are misleading. Food is ok but everytime we had to ask for silverware, forgot my kids food, and totally overcooked the prime rib dinner. The elevators scare you enough to take the stairs. The hallway was like a sauna and it wasn't over 70* out. The room is disappointing ac unit falling off wall, bugs in the bottom of shower, what looked like a dog lifted his leg on the side of the bed, and stains dripping down wall in bathroom. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.
