I am a veteran that works for a local company in the area and they have informed me not to go to this place because they are not welcoming to combat veterans and there service animals. Being a veteran myself I find it horrible that you refuse to give service to a brave individual in our society. Shame on you you don't deserve to be in America.
I was just kicked out of this place for having my service dog. I am a disabled veteran of war with the United States Navy. The girl behind the counter told me "NO DOGS" I told her that he (Sam) is my service dog issued to me by the United States Vetrans Administration. She rudely replied that I need all my papers to bring him into this place. Not by federal law I don't. All I have to do is show and prove by my means that he is a service dog. That is all the proof I need. Now I know and understand that there are a bunch of "fake" service animals out there. I have no problem proving that Sam is lagit. Just his manners alone will prove this. I will never step foot in this place ever again. I am contacting the VFW, the VA, the DAV, and posting on every veteran website of this place.
Looked like a good place to eat but service was horrible so we didn't stay. We walked in and the girl said to tell her when we're ready to order. We stood there awkwardly and had to ask her of we can just sit wherever. It's not hard to tell us that. Then she wouldn't even bring us the menus. She waved them at us from behind the bar before we sat down. Then I guess we were supposed to go up there and tell her our order I don't know because she sure didn't come take it. We just decided to go someplace else. This was our first time here and it was mostly empty. Menu looked like it would have been pretty good. It did have a note on it that they don't guarantee you can customise your food because it was made to taste a certain way? I don't know what that's supposed to mean. If I don't like some of the burger toppings does that mean I can't just get them taken off? I would understand if it was regarding the recipe or something cooked but since it didn't clarify who knows.
