I went cruise trip with Princess’s Alaska cruise on last July with 9 elderly adults including my parents, aunt and uncle and I totaly disappointed on their customer service. Actually all the cruise experience including dining, room, service of ship crew and all the amazing events on board were much better than I expected and I really enjoyed lots of entertainments. But my disappointment came at the last. A night before last disembarking day, we had to take our big luggages for smooth disembarkation process at the last day (the ship crew will bring them into luggage storage and people can claim their luggage at the port). So do we took them out of our room. But when we were out of the shop and tried to find our luggages, there werent one of our luggage there. I asked the cruise staff to help us find it but she kept told us to go and ask port staff to help about that. Port staff said that there is nothing they can do other than just waiting for the luggage (that might taken by someone) to come back. Is that make sense? Isn’t there any security camera to look for that at that big port? OR before that, why the cruise staff just put bunch of luggages all over separately at the port even though there is a specific area tag for each luggages? We had 16 luggages to find but there was only 11 at the right area to find. I don’t get how they work every cruise trip. Is this happened only for me? I don’t think so. Even I made a two separete report to Princess Cruise about missing luggages, they just sent me the respond that they will try to look for that and until now no other contacts than that which is already 10 days passed. I don’t say this if we lost our luggages by our own fault, but the missing happened when they handled the luggage and not responsible about that. It was my aunt’s luggage and there were her medicine to take daily for next two months. She ruined all her trip (so do I and my whole family) to New York which was right after the cruise trip. I hope there will be no more victim like us and tried to bring the luggage by your own if you can.

Lido Buffet

Ray's Boathouse is an amazing place to go for special occasions. It is very pricey especially for four people but the price is worth the food and experience. Absolutely loved the fish and chips! The ambiance is astounding. The servers are very helpful and friendly. We were seated on the upper level overlooking the water on the deck. It is a great place to go on a sunny afternoon. The is a great place to experience at least once if you are in Seattle.

We have cruised with Princess a number of times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, activities are fun and the food is great. I attended every Zumba and dance class I could, ran at the fitness center, and did the on deck 5K for the cure so I could enjoy all the food. We also did bike tours in Juneau and Skagway. So handy to leave it of San Francisco.

Carousel Bar

Cool, different kinda spot in Seattle. Wife and I had some fun here, especially downstairs playing on the pinball machines. Drink prices were decent. Fun cocktails with different ingredients you’d normally see in cocktails. Great fun. Would be really good when busier and more of a vibe.

Carousel Bar

You've sat down, you're getting anxious. The anticipation is killing you. You have been transported into a carnival, the drink menu wets your tounge. Your taste buds are itching for the sweet spirit. You started an internal civil war; you want the Classic corn dog....no..... Unicorn dog........ But the deliciousness and lustful desires for Magi-corn dog. The battle lasts for what must be eons. Your friends stare at you...ravenous, yet their source of sustenance is on hold until you decide. You. Must. Decide. But your stomach has interrupted the council of gastronomy. LET'S GET BOTH. The council, exhausted from the endless battles on what to limit yourself to. You should have listened. They fell for the devil in sheep's clothing; the stomach has set you down the path of too much food. You get the Tots, along with two Dogs. Classic and Unicorn. The council would not understand their decisions would ruin generations after this. With this, I have banded forces with the councils across the land. To spread an important message. We are, The 'ONE DOG IS ENOUGH' Alliance. TL;DR One Dog is enough. Trust me. Or do it anyways, I'm not your parent.
