If you gamble and looking for comps, this is NOT the place to go. I get offers from all casinos complete with full comps and limo, etc. I went to the Hard Rock Punta Cana and had gambled 17.5 hours with an average bet of almost $700. This info was straight from their system and they told me I had only $700 in comps! What??? If you go to Vegas, Tahoe, Atlantic city or anywhere else and gamble this much, they will roll out the red carpet, these people could care less. The service was garbage and the employees all had attitudes, not to mention the place is going down hill. You would be better off going to Hard Rock in Cabo, Rivieria Maya or Tahoe.
