Very helpful and friendly staff. They gave us great suggestions. Edit 2018/07/07 This was the best place I experienced while I was in Florida. I feel scammed by some of the other places I visited while I was in Florida. I wish I had revisited Cuban Crafters instead. Please give these great people more business! They give honest and accurate advice to tourists looking to enjoy a nice cigar while in town.

Awesome place. Extremely friendly staff they treat you like family. Thank you CC for the free cigar and coffee. Large cigar selection among other things, like Domino tables, lighters and in my opinion the best cigar cutters period.

6 Stars if I could give it! Hands down simply the BEST in service, quality, atmosphere, and pricing. Can you ask for more? As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by several people, everyone was very nice and offered their time to give me a quick tour of the place. I tried an in house made cigar, a Cuban style espresso and needles to say I left with a bag FULL of goodies to bring back back home. If you're a cigar lover and your visiting Miami then look no further, this place has it all, plus my wife and I greatly enjoyed they're lounge areas where she comfortably read her book while I smoked my cigar. Oh yeah, there's a guy outside selling fresh coconut and ice cold coconut water, my wife really enjoyed that part with her book. So gents, I think you now see the game plan here if you're planning on bringing your lady😉. Enjoy!

Hands down best Cigar shop Period! Quality hand rolled cigars under $6 bucks! Are you kidding me! Andre took great care of us and made it a special experience! The hospitality is un matched! Should have came here as soon as we landed instead of messing with all the other shops.

This place is phenomenal. If you like cigars then this is a must on your trip through the French Quarter. The staff knows what they’re talking about and are super helpful for those who aren’t super knowledgeable. Great people, great atmosphere, and great cigars!

Now this is Miami hospitality at it's best. Rumor had it I was here for a musical festival. It felt like a family get together. Johan (Joe-han) showed me around the place in less than 5 minutes after walking in the door. Unlike any other humidors, the place is well ventilated. The customers were just as hospitable. Coffee flows from the espresso machine like water and there was Sangria for the occassion. The home rolled cigars are a must have. They're very proud of their heritage with rollers having been rollers since childhood into their 80s. Most "home rolled" cigar brands are always risky to me because of the way the cigar is rolled and you always wind up with a half burning cigar. Not these. They burn even right to the last puff. To nub or not to nub. Nub, you won't regret it. The rocking chairs are very comfortable and if you can't find what you're looking for here, you need to stop smoking cigars. Reasonably priced, cheaper than I could find at home in specialty shops. Stop here, wait no, stay here for half an evening and you'll wind up there all night. I literally felt like I was in Havana, started there at 6, and didn't leave until almost 11.

One of my favorite places to buy cigars in the whole world very good people very kind people very knowledgeable people very nice people very well-kept cigars this is a true Jewel of cigar magnificence. A one-stop-shop for every need you may have with some of the best prices in the world. I love this place every time I go over there I have a ritual Beginning by having Cuban coffee right away lighting a cigar then doing a lot of talking and smoking while I'm picking out cigars to buy and take home to Greece with me. I've been coming here for 6 years and I love it when I discovered it there's nowhere else I would go while I'm in Miami to buy cigars.

Awesome place. Huge humidor with Everything. Great customer service and plenty of spots to enjoy cigar while there. Hand rolled cigars are very good too.
