This is a fine hotel. It’s like a mini city! The rooms are very nice, even the small ones. The people are helpful and very friendly.😃 The shops, restaurants, and bars have great variety and quality. Thank you, Double Tree Hilton staff! 👍👏

Room was clean, spacious and had a nice view, however...you have to pay for parking. Either valet for $30 or street metered parking where available. Also, there are some ghetto minded people staying here and the room above us was smoking weed at night. We could smell it as we sat in the balcony. You go up a block or 2 and prepare to see many vagrants meandering and a strong smell of urine in several spots. Its sad because the hotel is very nice and the location is convenient, but I would not stay here again.

It is a lovely hotel and the staff is very accommodating. I had a couple issues with my room (noisy air conditioner, tv didn't work), but nothing that couldn't be remedied. Clean, comfortable...concierge and valley parking go above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again! Pool and Jacuzzis were amazing!

Beautiful hotel close to the cruise port. Most hotels in that area are a little more expensive but worth the effort. Bear in mind when choosing one that some charge for keeping your car while you cruise. Ask first. Doubltree kept our car saw and out of the weather until we returned. Some provide transportation to the port but not back to get your car. Only had to pay $15.00 to get back. Great rooms with a decent view of Miami and the bay. Friendly and helpful staff added to a great one night stay. They give you fresh baked cookies and a bottle of water for each occupant on check-in too.

I thought I was going to stay in the hotel, but they moved me to the residence. The place was outstanding with space, feel kitchen, massive balcony, large bedroom and main room. It was really nice on the resident side. Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz

The hotel is beautiful and the view amazing. I was on the 33 Rd floor and just the entrance alone of the hotel was great. But there was have security guard in the front. Almost as if we were entering a South Beach club. It was so disorganized and made the first feel uneasy. Just weird overall. Anyways the hotel is beautiful definitely but the entrance is just strange.

Hotel was nicely set up and rather large. Valet needs to be more organized. Requested early check in and when we arrived we were put on a rush list for housekeeping so we can check in early. An hour before regular check in we saw a long line and people being checked in. We inquired again and we were told we would have to continue waiting. A manager came out to speak to us and upgraded us and checked us in immediately. That was great. Room was big, clean and had a fantastic view of the bay. Check out was hectic. When we would call for valet to get the car ready or front desk to send a bell boy we would be left on hold for long periods of time and then hung up on.

My school set up prom there. Pretty cool location with a real nice view. Building and interior seemed to have been designed really well. 10/10 would go to prom there again. Oh and service was great. Good drinks and food.

The views spectacular but you do not get what you pay for!! I paid $400 for two nights prior to a cruise and I had to switch rooms due to a smoky smell in my room.. they accommodated me very quickly but the price for what you get is not worth it.. Staff is rude. Stay elsewhere... But as you can see below, the views are amazing.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... My wife and I spent a weekend getaway at DoubleTree Hilton, The Grand, and were blown away! We got a free upgrade to a condo, and it was like nothing I've ever experienced. The cute was amazing, and the condo was so spectacular, and extravagant, that it was like something out of the lifestyles of the rich and famous! Service was great, and literally everything you would ever need is in walking distance of the hotel. Can't wait to go back, would most DEFINITELY recommend to a friend, or even a stranger, interested in a wonderful hotel to just go and get away from it all! 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
