It's a day at the races... What else is there to say? Ok... Beers and food? A little pricey. But they discount the beers between 11a & 3p. Unless you're in the clubhouse, the decor is just slightly better than jail or elementary school. Lots of concrete. Nice employees make it totally acceptable. Fun for a day, but I personally wouldn't go there too often. Best part was watching those horses on the final stretch. Give it a shot! Bring $$. 🤑

Bought a Living Social coupon and had a fun day with BFF on Friday, Apr 20,2018. Adding to our enjoyment was the very informative and helpful teller Laurie Medina. She happily cleared up our confusion regarding different ways to bet. We would love to see a casual class offered, for new racing fans like us, to explain the varied betting options.

Great food, poker. Live racing and simulcast. Lots of fun to be had here. It's also nice just sitting under the grandstand viewing the track, even when the is no live racing. Very peaceful. They do need to work on the service in Silks. It has always been slow and sometimes difficult to get service, if at all. Sat at a table the other day, which are marked for food service only and gave up after 20 minutes even though at least one person behind the bar looked over at me several times. Not sure what the problem is but the servers in this one eating area are always socializing amongst themselves. It's been that way for the 20 years I've been going here. Can you say supervisor? They need one or a better one.

We always have a great time Here- win or lose. take advantage of the valet parking- well worth it. The Club restaurant is not only reasonable- but it has terrific food. - from the charcuterie board to the burgers, and crab cakes. The crab cakes are some of the best with giant pieces of lump crab meat in them. the drinks are also good, and reasonably priced. The servers are friendly and fun- some I see year after year. The betting windows are just steps from your table.

Don't get me wrong, it was a lot of fun! My daughter loved watching the horses race and my husband and I were able to have a beer or two. Our only problem is we're used to going to Arlington Race Track in Illinois which is 10 times cleaner and grander then the Tampa Bay Downs. We will definitely be back, we were just spoiled with a super nice race track where we used to live!

We had a great day at the race track! This was my first time and I know NOTHING about betting. Luckily, I was with some people who knew what to do. We bought a Groupon that included a program, $5 for concessions/beer, valet parking, and $2 for betting. Great buy! Highly suggest getting a program. It will detail how to bet and provide all the information about the races going on that day. Draft beer prices were really reasonable too, which was a great surprise.
