Beautiful location and handicap accessible. Many things to do the beaches not far. Everybody is very wonderful and helpful. The condos are amazing a lot of room very comfortable. There are many things to do even if you are handicapped. This would be a wonderful day for individuals or families. There are tennis courts racquetball courts Pools and jacuzzis available. This is a gated community and you feel very safe at all times.

This is a very secure facility. Gate guard and more for your security. One lodge is right on the beach and the other a ten minute walk. A shuttle is available also to transport you. Look at ictures of the intended room you want. They are privately owned and each is different. Each building has a pool and hot tub area that is very nice.

Our townhouse was amazing. It was way more than we were expecting. The rooms were big and super clean! Very nicely decorated. Staff was extremely attentive. The whole place was like stepping into paradise. Even the gym was 5 star. I recommend this place 1,000 %!!!

We enjoyed the property but the reason for my 3 stars is the following. The reason we booked a stay here at Tops’l in the tennis village is to play tennis. Not to be told we can’t get a court because other tennis groups are here. It was also unacceptable that locals who lived in the area had courts before guests. If I drive 13 hours to stay a week and play tennis I don’t want to be told I can’t get a court or that I can only get a court for one hour at noon.

We were there for a wedding. The wedding was great! But for an entire weekend, a cleaning service come tidy the room, there was barely any hot water for us to use, and the room was hot.

Staying at The Tides at Tops'l and started off a little rough. Room was supposed to be ready by 4pm at latest and we didn't get in until after 5:15pm. Not a huge deal but considering we had no where else to go... Other than that things are going nicely!

I’ve been coming to Tops’l for almost 30 years. It has consistently been one of my favorite places to stay up until recently. I guess the word has gotten out about affordability. We rented a condo at the Summit in June of 2018. On multiple occasions throughout our stay here, we stepped out on our balcony to smell marijuana during different time frames during the day and evening. After multiple calls to security, they did very little to remedy the situation and kept making excuses for why they couldn’t locate the source. They even went so far as to tell us there was no one staying above us although we clearly heard furniture moving in the unit above us. This is supposed to be a family area, and we couldn’t let our child out on the balcony due to this recurring issue. Very disappointing Wyndham that you couldn’t do more to fix this issue so our family could enjoy our vacation and the place we had paid to rent. Also there were multiple people smoking on the beach...Would recommend people with young children stay somewhere else that is better suited to families.

I wish I had a redo on my vacation. We stayed in a "studio". Think hotel room with none of the amenities. Our building was so far from the beach, they actually offered a shuttle service within the resort. This place is unfriendly and unhelpful. Guests are not their priority. The only time we talked to any staff was when we called to make a request for more towels, washcloths and asked to purchase more coffee for our room. They said, "sure". The only thing they brought us was a stack of bath towels. The beach was great, but there are plenty of other places to stay there. I wish I had known to choose one of those. Our last night there, guests moved into the room next to us. We could hear them as if they were in our room. Also, the Blue Dunes Grill doesn't take cash at all. Really? Loved our days on the beach, but this resort is a total disappointment!

We recently booked our destination wedding at TOPS'L and I couldn't have been happier. I booked the wedding by pictures and reviews online and prayed that it would all work out and it was everything I had imagined and more. The Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Donalee made my wedding day absolutely amazing and easy for everyone that attended. All of my guests complimented how well she did. Florencia was very quick to respond with any questions regarding bookings etc. One of my bridesmaids accidentally had a room booked a month later than it was supposed to Florencia fixed it immediately. All of the guests loved their rooms and the staff there. My sisters room lost ac one day but we called maintenance and within an hour it was fixed. With a resort this size they are bound to have issues but they were very quick to fix them all. I absolutely recommend this resort for family gatherings, weddings, and so much more. My only complaint is there isn't breakfast on the resort and I love breakfast. LOL
