Very nice friendly staff. Food at the was very good today. Hotel room is really nice also.Long time since I have been back here. Looking forward to coming back.

I was trying to book a room for my birthday. I have a promotional code for 2 free nights for the days I requested. I was informed that while they do have rooms available they will not honor my promotional code. Then to add insult to injury they attempted to make me pay for the room! They offered me a discount for a room that would normally be free. So instead of $30 for the resort fee, it would be $250!!!!! I'm not sure what happened to this once great company but their customer service has become absolutely horrible. Time to find a new casino!

Like most casinos in Illinois, it's a non-smoking property. They have a rudimentary smoking room for those of us who do. A good selection of games with mostly super tight machines so keep trying different games.

Strange how there's no icon for the casino. There is a reason for that. If you like the feeling of being ripped off. Come here. If you like winning two credits per 20 in. Come here. If you like watching your money just being taken with no return. Come here. 1500.00 and I won as total of 220.00 4 here, 8 there. The worst casino is officially this one. You would be better off going to dotty,'s or video slots. Seriously. No fun whatsoever. I'm not looking to win a jackpot only play but here you just feed the machines.

Being from the West Coast this place was a little unusual to me. They check at the door which causes a long line to get in which was a little annoying. She-Ra poker player like myself oh, I'm not sure about the rest of the floor because I don't play table games, but to get your initial buy-in that make you go to the cage and wait another line... Overall for having showed up in 2 in the morning it was an okay experience. The 1-2 table was playing more like a 2/5 mainly due to the fact it was the only table open but I'm okay with that lol. Most of the players had already been drinking quite a bit so they were quite loose definitely an ideal environment for anyone looking to clean up.

I stayed at this hotel quite a bit years ago, and now I remember why I stopped! GREEDY! GREEDY! GREEDY! They charge you to wipe your a__! I told the cleaning lady that if she actually cleaned, I would tip her the money they give her to snoop around to see if the customers are smoking in a non-smoking room. I don't smoke, but they have so many taxes, fees and rates that you pay for the room twice. example the room was advertised for $67, after all the fees it costs $113. KUDOS to you GREEDY ASS PEOPLE. I have no reason to visit your dirty hotel. Probably why its empty. No honor among thieves, you do even honor the people who has worked at this whole for years! Shame on you!

Nice veriety of play. Slots, video poker and table games. I like the walking distance between the machines as not to bump into people who are playing. Lots of action everywhere had fun. I will be back.

I was here at the hotel for a work trip. I was not gambling. The rooms were comfortable, but very noisy. There is not much insulation in the door, so every person that walks down the hall, whether they're talking loudly or softly sounds like they're inside the room. We waited for 25 minutes to get a couple of lattes and decided that we would not return the next morning. We were able to find a local coffee house that was able to accommodate us with better service and better product. Room service was not a good experience. It was pre packaged food and was very expensive for what it was... The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they only had so much to work with... If your goal is to gamble and drink, you'll probably be happy staying here. If you'd like some other options for coffee and food that are close by, I would recommend Jitters Coffee House and the Tin Roof for dinner. Both amazing places and are within walking distance of the hotel.

I enjoyed the casino. I just did not like how the atm gave me hundred dollar bills and not broken bills like regular arms. The atmosphere was beautiful. I'm so glad that it was a smoke free environment. I will go back again.
