We have stayed a few times and the rooms are always clean. Low limits on table games but not many open early in the day. Restaurants are good food is decent. It doesn't get too busy even on Friday and Saturday nights. Which explains why half the tables are closed even on Friday and Saturday nights... If you sign up for a players card there are a ton of promos and giveaways. Free buffets and rooms!

We have not stayed in the hotel or eaten in the upscale dining area. We had the buffet dinner on Labor Day Monday. It was a very good meal, with an emphasis on BBQ that day ( including brisket, back ribs, pulled pork), plus the usual things like carved pork loin, fried and rotisserie chicken, various hot and cold salads, a pasta dish, a small selection of Chinese food, soup, salad bar, etc. Non alcoholic beverage was included, as was a large dessert bar. All food was hot and we found many items we enjoyed. Weekday dinner price is currently $18 unless you have discounts of some kind. That day it was half price for Players Club members. They have a Senior breakfast buffet special on Monday and Wednesday mornings that is very reasonably priced and has a nice selection. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Although I think the Davenport Casino has a larger selection of dishes in their Buffet, we have always found good food at Jumers. This is a nice, large Casino complex: well maintained, smoke free, the large parking lot accommodates RVs or trucks, plus a covered parking area.

Pleasantly surprised by the nice rooms and casino. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The casino wasn't over crowded for a Sat night which made it that much more enjoyable getting on card tables, finding drinks, etc. We ate at the steak house for dinner and we all enjoyed our meals very much. The Steaks and burgers, while pricey, were delicious. The Breakfast buffet was decent as well; lots of options but nothing overly spectacular. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed one night after attending a ball game in the area. The room was recently updated and faced the lake. The room was really nice, didn't hear anything from the hall or rooms next door. Had the breakfast buffet in the morning. They had plenty of food options to satisfy most people. Definitely will stay here again.

Bunch of NONSENSE a room attendant knocked on our door 2 times when I was out of the room. The DO NOT DISTURB sign was on there since the night before and that's what it meant our entire stay. My son is almost 10 and we have stayed there 3 other times with NO ISSUE until today. This room attendant reported my son in the room while I was in the casino so we packed up and left. I find this RIDICULOUS!!!!! He was fine and always is. I couldn't even enjoy the VIP band/food after already spending $300 in this casino the first day/night there. I was told over the phone my child would be welcome. To the man (employee of Jumer's) that offered free golf for my son while I finished my meal that was waiting outside thank you but I was very upset so needed to leave. Guess you had better tell people checking in with children the rules! I turned in my membership to the hotel desk with my room keys. Take me off the list. We won't be back and will go places that do not unnecessarily bother us. This room attendant was just mad because we tried looking inside the suite at the end of the hall. She gave me a dirty look and she must have gotten even because she heard a comment I made about her not having a sense of humor! This was a 2.5 hour drive anyway and other places are closer.

No stale smoke! This very clean casino had us stay a little longer than just a quick bathroom break. Had a great time playing without someone else's second hand smoke. Definitely plan on visiting again.

Worst hotel stay ever. The pool was out of order. The shower Drain was clogged. Decided to check out after only an hour and it took longer for them to refund me my Deposit then I spent in the room. For as much money as they make off of ripping people off in there casino, you would think they would have better service in there hotel. I give them zero stars.

Very cozy place to spend a little time out of the heat. Complimentary soda or coffee. I didn't plan on spending much, had some decent payouts but also left about dead even. Large place in circular setting, good buffet, friendly guests who share stories and chat with you.

I visited here for a family wedding. Did not go into the casino area or the hotel. The ballroom where the reception was held was very nice and set up conveniently for eating and dancing. Bathrooms were right around the corner. Very clean and fancy.

I am typically very excited to visit jumpers for not only the gambling but more importantly the buffet. As of late, it (the buffet) seems to get worse and worse. The selection of food is repetitive; the quality isn't as good; and the food isn't nearly as fresh.
