All the ladies here are super friendly, and super talented! I will drive 9 hours to see Liz for all of my hair needs!

I posted an honest review about what Liz did to my hair. She fried it into white stripes all the way around my face. I had also uploaded pics which the owner reported and got removed. Do not trust this place and do not trust Google reviews. The pics here were cherry picked by the owner and she got my honest review and pics removed because it detailed how terribly I was treated. I paid $175 for a highlight and cut plus to cut my daughters hair only to get treated like a deadbeat when I called to ask that it be fixed. My friends and co-workers can't believe how terrible my hair looks. And the first thing they all say is that they think I am nuts for calling back the same place that wrecked it. The owner got my post removed plus posted a 4 star review about her own salon to try and bring up the Google score. I don't feel beautiful like you claim to make people feel, I feel completely ridiculous and it gets me all upset all over again every time I look in the mirror every day. I still can't believe not only that you did this to me, but when I shared my experience with the public you try to hide it. Google should not allow this. Why have reviews if the owner can censor them? Now I have to pay someone else to fix what I paid your salon $175 to do to me. I had been going here since it opened but had to try a new hair person after mine retired. I have spent thousands of dollars with your salon. It's just not right. Liz should not be doing hair, and definitely not talking to customers. Do not do business here.

I absolutely love owning this salon. We have a fantastic group of beauty professionals. I can't wait to take Bella Rouge to the next level and expand in La Vista!

Asked if they could color my hair to look like the picture. They told me yes, by the time the girl was done (4 hrs later) it looked nothing like the picture. All the color washed out within 2 days. Went back to see what they could do for me, they said they could put the rose color back in but it would faded out within a few days.... This is something they should've told me when I got it done the first time, but no she told me it would last months. I paid way to much for the color to be gone in 2 days!! Will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone!

So beautiful on the inside and all of the girls that work there are very social and nice. I personally go to Kaela, but I've seen the other girls do amazing work. I recommend Bella Rouge to all my friends!

Received a pedicure from Jackie for the first time. She did a great job!! Will definitely go back. Thanks again.
