My visit was for a one day training with the company. Parking was easily accessible. Conference room was clean very spacious. Lunch was provided and delicious. The staff were extremely courteous and professional. A very good experience.

I stayed here over night on business last week and would never do so again. I booked my reservation through a third party, which the hotel ignored and somehow overwrote, charging my credit card again for the full amount of the room. When I called they realized their error immediately. I received a call later that night from the Revenue Manager that it had all been sorted out and the charge refunded. Two full business days later, there is not even a pending reversal of the charge, and trying to call this hotel is a nightmare - the phone will ring 40+ times and then simply disconnect you. I'm disgusted by the level of service and disregard for customers and would never recommend this place to anyone. I will be filing a chargeback dispute against this merchant with my credit card company.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff who are efficient in all they do. The buffet breakfast was great. All staff were great, from cashier to all servers and buffet workers. And the food selection was varied and tasty... You name it, it was offered on the buffet... Eggs , omelets made to order, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, French toast. Yogurt, fresh fruit, potatoes, and assortment of breads and told and Danish. All yummy.

I've stayed at many Hilton Hotels...and in general, they are decent. The staff here was very nice here, but it ends there. This hotel needs some help. A building can be old while still being updated and clean. The elevator was my first indication of an issue. It's gross. Seriously, spend some $$ and give your guests a clean, updated ride up to their floor. Then the room...shower head flops all around and we had to stand up against the wall to get under it. It wouldn't stay up. The sink area....well... the previous guest must have emptied his electric razor because the whiskers were all over the backsplash area. #gag. The small "refrigerator" froze our drinks overnight. They need new mattresses. Absolutely not up to Hilton STD there at all. Bathroom door sticks. The ironing board wobbled so much I nearly knocked the iron off of it 3 times. Sorry but if you want to be Hilton branded, u need to be up to the Hilton Std to get a positive review.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were very nice. The staff have been very helpful and made you feel welcome. All in all I would stay there again without a doubt.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. After finding bugs in the room and dealing with rude staff who told me to grab my own needs when I needed some items refilled in the room (and who didn't even greet me with anything but a smug expression during checkin) this hotel not only disappointed my needs as a customer but more so as a hilton honors member that I will be changing from now on. Along with the issues that i had I was surprised to find even the amenities were not expected as advertised online: For example-receiving a small room with cleanliness issues plus the night club being closed by 11pm and having maybe two people in it throughout the weekend. If you enjoy having to deal with intoxicated individuals roaming the hotel, rude staff not willing to make your stay pleasant, and overpriced rooms please have at this place. ***MY MAY 2018 FOLLOWUP*** After speaking with the general manger (Mike Watkins) of this facility I respected his apology and his willingness to make things right from this unfortunate experience. With that I have added another star for his personal outreach.

This hotel is in a convenient location and meets the standards of a three star hotel. There was nothing either great or poor to report about this hotel. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.
