After spending the evening gambling at this casino, my wife stood there waiting to buy food. The staff looked at her and did not even acknowledge her. We may never come back to Harrahs again.

Overpriced compared to other locations of the same chain and you get less food on top of that. $14.50 for a French dip combo with tea and then they want to charge $1.10 for a refill? I get that it’s a casino and they want to price gouge but the food isn’t nearly the quality of other locations.

Was perfectly fine a month ago. However, now the hours are wrong and phome personal doesn't even know whats the weekday or weekend. Service has become bad. I work in the area near the casino and i question is it really worth going on to at this point.

Wow! Visiting from out of town for Essence and management at McCallister was so rude! Southern Hospitality doesn't live here ! After asking for bread management stated they didn't sell just the bread.
Cashier stated they have French bread for sandwiches and asked management how to ring up. Management refused flat out.
When customer requests the bread , management responded in a condescending manner stating "Yea, if you pay for it". "I will have to charge you for a whole sandwich ."
Customer purchased 2 pieces of bread for $12!!!
That is not the worse part..Management apparently has not had entertainment for the night and proceeded to repeatedly tell staff as joke. Really?

It was difficult to find a good fast food place in this neighborhood. The food was good here, and the prices were reasonable.
