Tried to place an order to go.. wanted to get brisket nachos.. was told i could not order it to-go that is have to be at the restaurant... oook... so I went to the restaurant I tried to order the same thing for to-go and was told that I could not order the brisket nachos to-go that I would have to sit in the restaurant, order my food, then put the food in a to-go box myself...... WHAT?!!!!!! YOU KIDDING ME?!!!! mind you I ordered 2 of these nachos,,,, the plates were HOT and I was in a rush to get out after 40 minutes of my time was wasted!!!!! This service was unacceptable, it is not my responsibility to put food in a to-go box when it’s suppose to be “TO-GO”... a hot plate can BURN HANDS. I had to ask for a kitchen utensil to scoop the nachos in my Togo box while being burned by the hot plates.This is the most stupidest service I’ve ever went through and it’s a wonder how this behavior from a restaurant could be allowed to do this. Especially with time consumption, service, and safety of the customers. 0 of 5 stars for the company. Even if the food was okay this still ruined my experience. Oh and one more thing the person who sat me never told a waitor/waitress I needed to order. Poor service as well. Service needs to be addressed.
The owners of this company should be ashamed of this.
