Just left casino yesterday. Stayed over night. Was looking forward to it, since it was the first time 2 in our group had stayed there, but have to say, the service in hard rock, and at the casino bar, was absolutely horrible!!! Rooms, and pool are great! But the service had my entire group upset. I was actually shocked at how bad it truely was.neither the hard rock, or the bar, were busy, yet we were completely ignored by staff. Our waitress never checked on us, gave refills, and was very slow with the food and bill. We were 1 of only 3 tables in her section, and ended up going to the hard rock bar, to pay our tabs.(and the bartender was no better) Then we went out to the bar on casino floor, sat down to play at the bar, made eye contact with the bartender immediately, yet he still ignored us, and we had to wait for another bartender to show up, before our orders were taken! We travel to casinos all over, on a regular bases, and this is the first time I’ve felt the need to leave a review, because this was not the best way to remember our experience! On a good note, the bell hop, was awesome! He was there the from start of our trip, until we left, whenever we needed something. Very friendly, and helpful!! You need more like him!! If not for the rude service, I would definitely give 5 stars! I hope the next visit, shows improvement.

All around great casino with a really great buffet. Fairly large with lots of games and the hotel rooms are nice too. I wish that they had double deck, and that they'd open more Blackjack tables when they're busy. Sometimes it's hard to get in on one on the main floor without being completely squashed. That's one reason why my boyfriend and I always end up in the high stakes room.

Great atmosphere and easy to get to. Buffet not as good during the week. Service is always excellent. We rode here on a motorcycle and parking was close to the entrance.

Awesome Casino ! Been here a few times. Coming back this weekend! Still waiting on my first hand pay. Nice mix of older and newer machines! Tons of machines, beautiful setting. Great food. Creme de Creme of Casinos!

Loved the wood work, but the smell of cigarettes was a big turn off, especially since the none smoking section smell like sweaty armpits. The slots machines stole our money making it seem like we played everything. We where able to get the money back from one of the employees. Buffet was ok not really appealing besides the crab legs. Which makes everything smell like fish everywhere. I will not be returning.

This place has very nice restaurants. they have nice staff. a wide selection is modern slot machines and gaming tables. the hotel rooms are very comfortable and usually reasonably priced during the week. the only bad thing is right now they're are doing road construction on the road going to the casino. so sometimes the alternate route is better. the machines are pretty loose and I usually leave with a little bit at the end of the day. I always have fun

Love the suites here. The rooms are very large clean and I like the decor. Lots of slots that a least give you a bonus. Many shopping options. Hot tub bubbles weren't working the best when we were there!

We recently visited Four Winds Casino and I would rate it 4 Stars. It was very easy to get in and out of their parking structure, and the American Indian style architecture and decorations were absolutely wonderful. They had plenty of slot machines and games of chance. There live music venue in the Hard Rock Cafe was excellent, they had 80s music with suited everybody's taste even the younger crowd. I only gave them four stars because we don't smoke and it is quite shocking to go into a place that allows smoking indoors since most other public places have outlawed smoking inside. I respect people's rights but, it is time for us all to realize that smoking is a poisonous habit. I wish the casino could do a better job of cleaning the air. I give them two thumbs up for having a nice small section of closed off non-smoking slot machines. Thank you for that.

Nice casino! Rooms were very clean, staff friendly (especially all the valet employees ) and helpful. Ate at Timbers in casino, little pricey, good food!

Love visiting. The smell of smoke is minimal, huge plus for a non-smoker like myself. My teenage children love the kids quest. And at end of day we always go to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner where the kids like to walk the casino floor.
