Update: For the third time now a well done steak served way undercooked. Baked potato skin hard like a rock. Way too much pepper on fries, etc. Being a regular customer (Select player) last on the list for the manager to pay attention to so that attention goes to one time Christmas visitors, ignorant. This was simply my favorite restaurant in the area. Not happy these days with the quality decline here. The consistency has been horrible. One time great steak, next time crappy steak not cooked right. They tell me it shouldn't affect my tip. How can it not? I know it's not their fault but this kitchen staff has been totally off. I'm not going to continue paying or giving rave reviews for inconsistency.
Top of the hotel. Beautiful view. Much better than Morton's and more reasonably priced. Also there's a reason this is called casual fine dining. I can decide to go there last minute and wear shorts, etc. No dress code. The bar next door Blu is excellent for tapas, drinks or a quick bite. Enjoy!
