It usually pretty good. This time everything sat in the window and got hard. Not a great experience. They comped the food so they were at least willing to make it right.

Food is good, especially many of their breakfast items.
However, last time I was there, the service was bad. First off, the hostess had a very difficult time seating a part of 7. I didn't mind having to wait with a party that size, but I did mind the hostess not trying to problem solve to get our party seated together. Though our party had to split up (not a big deal), one half of the group had ordered and were waiting for food before the other half even got acknowledged by a staff memeber.
This was only a convenient option because of proximity to the hotel but would not go out of my way to eat here again.

Always great food every time I've been there. Would be five stars for the food, but the service completely sucks on every spectrum. Service is a negative 5 but the food is a 5

We were in awhile back and ordered the chicken fried steak.
It was so good.
We had to bring about half of it home it was a very generous portion.
Will for sure return to, The Falcon Diner.

Not sure what the issue is with this place as it looks nice, is spacious and has decent food. The last 3 visits to the diner have been VERY disappointing. I had to wait 10 minutes to get seated in a room with 50 tables that had people sitting at 6. Just doesn't make much sense it can be such a big diner with no capacity to serve anyone effieciently. After we got sat down we waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come over. She proceeded to take orders from 2 other groups that were sat after us. Finally after waiting 15 minutes our water showed up. The waitress was rude and bitchy something about how they were understaffed blah blah. It didn't end there we got brought the wrong food AND the wrong tickets hah. Come on, this place has so much potential but is just ran sooooooo poorly. I won't be back. Next time I will go over to the burger king in teh food court and get a better experience sadly enough. Good Riddance

Really good shakes and pies, poor service, doesn't seem the restaurant is staffed or organized well but maybe just a bad day.

Stay the day at a beautiful resort and enjoy all the amenities it has to offer!
