Enjoyed a quick stop and had a Carmel peanut butter parfae. Wonderful. Guy recommended trying a "mix" next time like Carmel and butterscotch. Sounds interesting and may try it sometime.

Tables were dirty, windows were dirty; there weren't any cakes or other items in the cases to be purchased, we heard the employee telling a customer they were out of hot dogs and other food items they wanted to order. The signs for the free cones on March 20 were still up (this is April 20). This place is a disgrace to the DQ franchise.

This is my regular DQ. I haven't been here in a while but decided to stop by despite bad reviews.
I was here 11/27/16 around 2pm ordered an Oreo Blizzard, a pina Coloda Julius and and a couple cones. We were served quickly, the store was clean, besides some menu boards that were not lit up. Everything tasted great and the kids definitely loved it.
NOTE !! They don't have Chicken Strips, Burgers or Fries. They're a limited treat store and don't have the full food menu. The Guy (didn't get his name) at the counter was nice in letting me know this as well as they are under new ownership/management now.
Restroom was a little dirty there's some graffiti in there too. That's why I deducted a star. I brought it to the gentlemans attention and he was in there shortly after cleaning it up. I went back in to check and surprisingly it was done right not half assed.

Called early in the day and ordered two ice cream cakes. When I should up to pick the cakes the gentleman at the store said he did not see any order for my request. He was rude and made no effort to make things right. you may be satisfied with this place if you expect horrible customer service and don.t plan a party with the exception of them having any cakes for your party. Better of going across the street to Smiths.

Bought 2 Medium Pina Colada. It tasted like pure water. Came back, they made another and it still tasted really bad, they tried again (each time saying they are doing it correctly) and again tasted really nasty. I told them i've been buying pina coladas from DQ for years, I know how it taste. Instead I told them just give me a oreo blizzard. They didn't refund me for the secod pina colada. I had someone else taste it to confirm and they spit it out. Bad customer service, and the quality of product was awful. I will never again to go this location.
