At over $750 per head, this needed to be one of the best meals of my life. Fortunately, it was. Highly recommended.

What can I say? Food and service are beyond 5 stars. When we came a year and a half ago, the 9 course signature menu was still available to order. This time, the signature menu had been taken away, so the only tasting menu available was the 14 course innovation menu. Everything tasted superb. John Paul was amazing, as were the entire staff, the manager, and the head pastry chef (whom we got to meet as part of one of the dessert presentations). For a very special experience (because it's difficult to justify the dollar amount you pay here without actually being in the middle of it and seeing each and every detail, and learning the background of every item), definitely, most definitely come to Guy Savoy.

Wow! the food was exquisite! The ambience was nice and quiet. Almost the entire staff is French...and very warm and friendly. The wine pairing was to die for; all French, 20 and 30 year old reds. To set it apart from similar restaurants: the chef, Julienne is so friendly and down to earth. He gave us a kitchen tour and made us feel like we owned the place. No pretense or pomp. Worth every cent (and it does cost a lot of cents)! You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I came here for a special dinner and left enchanted. We had loved the original restaurant in Paris many years back and felt like trying their Vegas outpost during a visit here. Our expectations of a restaurant outpost were moderate, but we were pleasantly surprised. I recommend going for the full tasting menu - the price is notably higher, but this is what will truly help you experience the genius of this place. The dishes invariably demonstrated the skills of a kitchen at the top of its game.

Brioche by Guy Savoy

On December 23rd, 2017, my husband and I visited Guy Savoy for dinner. We ordered “prestige tasting menu” coupled with wine pairing, preambled by few glasses of champagne. Unfortunately, sometime between 3rd and 4th courses my husband began experiencing discomfort. Such as he began swelling up displaying clear signs of allergy attack, which had never happened before. Therefore, we were forced to cut our dinner short and leave the restaurant to seek medical help. Given the situation, I was very disappointed with management’s behaviour during this obvious distress of their patron. First: the personnel at the restaurant did not offer help to assist us in getting back to our hotel or seeking medical assistance. Secondly, one would hope when visiting such establishment as this one, restaurant’s management would at very least reach out to the patron the next day to inquire about their health as they had our information. Thirdly, we were given $45 dollars off per person as a discount (the price was $345 per person plus wine pairing), while we haven’t even tasted half of the menu or had completed our wine pairing experience. Regretfully, while the offered food, those few courses we tried, was delicious, the service of Guy Savoy does not meet the expectations and standards of a Michelin star restaurant. I sincerely hope that my review will better the service for future patrons of the restaurant. We, on the other hand, will not be recommending this establishment to others.

One of the best meals you'll ever have in your life. Absolutely indulge, get a tasting course. The bigger the better. Colours of Caviar, Crispy Sea Bass, and the Black Truffle soup are must-haves. Unparalleled service by wait staff and incredibly personable, educative host. You won't be disappointed.

Great service, very corporate decor, fun food and texture combinations. This is definitely a solid 2 Michelin Star restaurant. The Artichoke Soup was AMAZINGLY INTENSE and delicious! Definitely the most memorable soup I have ever had. The coconut desert had a very neutral and pallet cleansing taste with all of the texture and temperature elements in one dish. Very innovative! Unfortunately, for the money, I did not feel compelled to return next time I am in town. I will say that I enjoyed the food at Guy Savoy much better than Joel Robuchon.

If based only on the food, this would get 5 stars. Unfortunately the service was somewhat pretentious, they were "too french" their english was unintelligible, but they always tried to be kind. Tried. We ordered the 14 course tasting menu, and the dishes were excellent... but we were there almost 3 hours!! Not to mention it was not inexpensive, we paid $2,500 for 4 persons. I enjoyed the food but I would not go back ever again. If you want a truly good french restaurant with good service go to Joel Robuchon´s instead.
