As a regular customer of SEVERAL Starbucks locations in 3 different states I have come to expect a certain standard. My visit to this location on Saturday evening was not up to those standards. It took 24 minutes from the time we placed our order until we were served. Another customer had placed thier order online 17 minutes after they had placed thier order they asked how long it was going to be. They were told with a rude attitude that "can you see we are busy I have a lot of orders I will have yours when it comes up". I felt like the staff was overloaded and did the best they could. However there is no excuse for the rudeness.

Mobile order is the way to go. They've always gotten my order right regardless but I'm not super particular about my drink order. I usually just get a no frills caramel frappachino. It's pretty much just a standard Starbucks. They've expanded the interior recently so it feels more roomy which is nice.

Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Employees were totally occupied with everything other than work. The girl making my drink was told by her supervisor that her shift was up. She stopped in the middle of making my drink, made herself a drink, got her purse and started to leave. I asked if she was going to finish my drink, she yelled at the other employee to "finish that mocha!" The other employee stopped what she was doing to finish my drink. The supervisor saw every bit of this happen and did nothing! I won't be back to this location.

I went on 1/28/17 and had a bad experience, but decided to give it a second chance on 5/28/18 . I can say that it was a a-lot better in 1year and 5 months. Customer service was better and the store looked cleaned. Keep up the good work guys. I can definitely say I will come back when or if I am in the area.

It sucks when your having a busy day in the ER and someone offers to make a Starbucks run and you place an order only to have it totally screwed up smh. Clearly wrote my order as follows: Iced Triple Espresso/4 pumps white mocha/extra cream/light ice. My drink had no white mocha and was listed on the cup as cream, not extra cream. I order this drink at least 3 to 4 times a week every morning from the Garland location on Broadway and never have any problems. I had to hunt at work to find some french vanilla creamer and sweetener to add to it to make it drinkable...totally disappointed.

I love this place! Today when i went to grab my drink, they didn’t have what i originally ordered (ran out, possibly?) so they went above and beyond to make me something i would enjoy... and i did!! I got the Horchata frap and it was delicious!! These guys are always busy and i know some people can be ungrateful that they had to wait, but even in their busiest times, they rock it with their customer service!!! Thank y’all so much!!! See you again soon!!

This place has become my home away from home! I have been a customer at this store for about 3 years and slowly watched the development. But now, it is so much better! For the last month, I have been going and working until the store closes. The staff is always super busy, but this does not stop the great customer service I have always received. Thank you to all the bubbly, helpful staff/baristas. :)

Friendly staff. Quick service. Setting feels new age while also having toned-down color schemes. For as wide open as the space is, there is surprisingly little echo. Power stations near every table close to the walls. Lots of window area.
