Steakhouse.....we expected at least a nice atmosphere and a decent location for a couple. Especially since we had made reservations. What we got was: 1. A table next to a window that had no curtain or shade. 2. A view of obnoxious kids sticking their tougues out and making faces through the window at us. 3. Other kids pounding on the window intentionally to disrupt our meal. 4. A steakhouse bar that could not even make a raspberry martini. We are unlikely to recommend this restaurant to anyone. If our children had ever behaved in such a manner it would certaintly not have been watched with approval by their caretakers/guardians. Instead, it would have resulted in discipline that would have embarrased the kid when they had to apologize for their actions. So while the food was okay and our server was very good, it is just not what we expected of a steakhouse. We could have done just as well at one of the chain steakhouses. We just wanted to try a different place. Hoped for a better experience. ....back to Silver Legacy or Harrah's steakhouses next time.

Had dinner here 2 years ago (2014) was amazing. Came back looking forward to a great meal.... What a huge disappointment. Food was sub par. Would give 1 star but the servers are still trying, even tough the meals are a complete waste of the experience. We wont be back.

It is the best steak house out of the three properties that are connected with the prime rib grill at the Eldorado a very close second. It is the type of place where you are not bothered by staff. Enjoy a nice conversation while the pace of the food being served is perfect. Once the food is serve you will enjoy, perfectly seasoned with just salt and pepper. If you are not worried about the cost and want to enjoy a nice meal, yes it is worth the price. Hats off to this steak house as on of the best in Reno. IF YOU ARE CHEAP AND DONT UNDERSTAND THE COST OF A GOOD MEAL, THEN THIS REVIEW & STEAK HOUSE IS NOT FOR YOU!

Where to begin. I wish I could give "negative stars" because this was FAR from a positive experience. We stayed at Circus Circus in Reno, NV from December 17, 2016 to December 19, 2016. We came to Reno to get married and enjoy a few days of vacation. The following happened to us. We were married on Sunday, December 18, 2016. We wanted food from The Steakhouse at Circus Circus after our wedding to celebrate. We just wanted to take our meal to go, because we were TIRED and had been around people ALL DAY. Plus my husband suffers from PTSD and the last thing he wanted was to eat on a loud, crowded casino floor. But I guess the fact that we wanted to take our meal to go, REALLY upset the head waitress or manager, I'm really not sure who she was. Because as we were talking to the hostess, explaining that we wished to take our meal to go, to our room that we were staying at IN THE CASINO, that we HAD PAID FOR, an older, very rude lady swooped in out of nowhere and told the hostess,"Make sure that you tell them about the $5.00 service charge that we attach to each to go order." Ok. Fine...when you're ready to throw down close to $200 on steak and lobster to celebrate your wedding, who cares about a $5.00 service fee? Then she did the following, and I WISH I were making this up. She turns, looks my husband up and down, scoffs, and says, "But if YOU want something 'to go' you can just go next door to the deli. They can help you there." And she turned and walked away. So my husband and I stood there for a moment in disbelief, trying to comprehend what just went down. The restaurant was by NO MEANS busy...there was one table with customers and maybe 3 at the bar. Were we under dressed? No...we were dressed better than half the people there. I don't know. So we took our $200 to Red Lobster on Kietzke Lane and they were MORE than happy to serve us, and we were able to get our lobster and steak "to go".

3rd visit and was even better than first 2..Monique, Minh, and chef Arjel Juno greeted my wife and i like we were family, special thanks to all of them for making our anniversary and my wifes BD so special, all that comes from the kitchen is 5 star for sure and special desert with huckleberry ice cream, raspberries and wipe cream with special touch was the BOMB!

Best steakhouse in all of Reno. The atmosphere is classic and the staff makes you feel at home. Every dish I have ordered has been far above my expectations. This place is GREAT!
