Originally reviewed this place with 5 stars and a nice little message. I was very excited to stay here, and even bragged to my friends about how I was staying at "the best place in Laughlin." Well it is 4am and after being up all day and night settling friends into other hotels we come to the front desk to be told our reservation is for tomorrow. Originally this was the case, but I called weeks ago and had it adjusted to be check in today. Front desk says "there's no record of the change." Well I guess I spoke with a ghost or a fake employee then.. so here I sit for 2 hours. Just take the time to write down confirmation numbers, names of the people who help you on the phone, etc. Don't let your excitement to stay at what you thought was going to be the best distract you from the fact it's a business and they should be held accountable for their mistakes not the guest. If you want to be able to sleep at night maybe consider staying elsewhere.

An older casino resort but still a wonderful place. Lots of older slots plus many of the newer ones too. The slot machines seem to pay off pretty good too. Hubby and I saw a concert at the theater and although a bit rundown, the seats were VIP and were very inexpensive. We were just left of stage and the first seats in the second row. Well worth any amount of money for the entertainment.

Old. Out of date. Dirty. No, this is not Vegas baby nor should it be. However, the billionaire owner should invest soon in updates and remodels. Beds sag, carpet is dirty and windows are not cleaned for a beautiful view of the river and AZ across the Colorado. We did have cocktails at one of the bars which was nice. Dinner at the Riverside restaurant and the food was good. Last year we stayed in the RV park across from the hotel/casino and it was nice. 5 tiers of views looking over Laughlin and the Colorado River.

WE BEEN COMING HERE FOR OVER 30 YEARS ALWAYS LOVED AND ENJOYED THE CLEANROOMS AND FAIR PLAYS WHILE GAMBLING. NOW THEY HAVE ADDED A SECURITY DEPOSIT, A RESORT FEE AND ALL MACHINES ARE ON THE TIGHTEST LEVEL. I HAVE NEVER GONE THERE EXPECTING TO WIN BUT DO EXPECT TO AT LEAST ENJOY PLAYING FOR LONGER THAN FIVE MINUTES BEFORE INSERTING MORE MONEY! ALSO ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN AND THE PUBLIC RESTROOMS ARE DISGUSTING. I WILL MISS THE OLD RIVERSIDE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE BUT AM NOW CONSIDERING A REPLACEMENT.

COUPLE OF THINGS THAT MADE ME UPSET! 1. I'VE BEEN GOING TO THAT CASINO FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND ONLY STAYING AT HIS CASINO AND HAD NEVER DAMAGED A ROOM AND I HAD DROP $1000S IN THAT CASINO. NOW THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME A DEPOSIT OF $100.00 outrageous 2. They are investing a lot of money for a outdoor pool, most of there customers are seniors and I am 100% sure the won't be laying outside in 115 degree weather. 3. Instead of investing all that money on a outdoor pool, invest in modernizing your rooms, bathrooms and dinning areas. Went to the restroom down stair and urinal broken and other one I used and stepped in sticky urine. Upstairs main bathroom sinks not working. Several ticket cashing machines not working. The cafe restaurant needs a fresh look, probably hasn't been updated since late 80's or early 90's Rooms need to be updated same since the 90'S

I had a really nice time here with my family. We had a nice lunch in the buffet. Let the kids play in the arcade for awhile( I might have played myself a little). Then saw a movie in a nice theatre. There is still much there I didn't see so I will be back.

Don't go to win big just for a good time. Most progressive jackpots are into the millions which means they are paying out. But if you have $1000 to play with and don't mind leaving behind you can play for awhile. The staff are AMAZING, friendly, knowledgeable and excited when you are. Great place to play and have fun with money to loose!!

Carpet ragged. Room reasonably clean. Most staff helpful. Prime rib room salad mediocre other items very limited but great prime rib. Buffet had much better salad bar and great selection of entrees. Always a great breakfast with made to order omelets.

Been coming here for years and always recommend this place. I gamble a lot here. For the most part this place is great despite the rooms needing updating. This time our room still had a dirty bathroom. It had a shirt hanging in there and when we called and just asked for someone to freshen it up, we got attitude and no one ever came. My mom had to clean the shower herself. Then we packed our bags and went to breakfast before checking out and came back and the money I left of our table was gone. I was leaving it for a tip anyways, but the point is, we haven’t even checked out and they went in our room while we were at breakfast and took the money from the table. They don’t provide safes so watch your money if you leave it in the room.

The bowling lanes were clean and well kept, staff was lively, the technology for the game worked well, overall no problems. The pool game was much the same. No problems with the quarter machine under the table (used to dispense the balls), there was chalk for the poles, the poles we're good quality, the pool tables looked well kept, etc. Overall, good looking place, functioning technology, and a good atmosphere. No complaints here!
