I have been meaning to come for quite some time. The reasons - escargot en croute and beef Wellington. They were both outstanding! They have a great menu and I will try something different next time in Vegas. The service and ambiance were outstanding. The table side made salad that comes with every meal was absolutely delicious, really delicious!! You have to try this place.

Dark, old world feeling. Very good steaks and excellent wine sommelier. Location is strange. Located in seedy part of town downstairs in older hotel. All ladies are given a fresh ling stem rose upon entering, very charming

Talk about fine dining! One of my favorites from our honeymoon! I felt like we would never stop getting delicious food. This place is worth the splurge. Quiet romantic spot.

The rose at the door of Hugo's Cellar and the look of the old school is not just good....... They are incredible!! The food is wonderful. If you go down the stairs you feel that you are in a strange oasis in the far west. The service is always impeccable. Recommended for all types of appointments with friends or family, but if you are looking for a romantic place to be comfortable with your partner. Hugo's Cellar is not.

All I can say is, "WOW". This place is phenomenal. The food is excellent. Their wine here is fantastic and the service here is spectacular. THIS is the place to take that significant other when you want to really treat them well.

My favorite restaurant! I eat here every time we come to Vegas! Stellar food and the best service imaginable. I also suggest you dress appropriately for a restaurant where the staff wears tuxedos.

Best Restaurant in Vegas!!!! You get what you pay for. If you want to treat someone to the best...you make a reservation here. They give every woman a rose that walks through the door. The food is to die for. We both had the lobster tails and they were outstanding. My wife enjoyed her Bday dinner. Can't wait to go back. Old school Vegas for sure!!

A classic restaurant providing traditional and high quality service. We enjoyed the ambiance and the escape from the often loud and flashy Vegas. Excellent personal salad which is quite filling. Food is very tasty and timing between courses just right.

Great service and the sommelier was fabulous. It is a unique, old style restaurant in the basement of a casino that makes it pretty interesting to visit. The food was pretty good flavor wise but most of the items could use to be served hotter. Yes, the plates are piping hot but some of the food was room temp and even cold. The meat was cooked perfect which was great, I ordered medium-rare.

I’ve been told by several locals to go downtown and try out this wonderful restaurant. I keep holding off and holding off. Then finally my husband couldn’t make a dinner decision and so I stepped up and said Hugo’s! Wow! I wish I had been here before and I’d know what I was missing out on. Right when you walk in they give you a beautiful rose and you get seated. It’s a old school ambiance that is worth every penny. We had a great meal and great service. I enjoyed a queen prime rib and it was amazing. They make your salad table side and that’s great too.
