Best steak of my life. Buy the most expensive one on the menu and you won’t regret it. Cocktail was also 10/10 (Notorious P.I.G.). Service could have been more friendly.

Most memorable steakhouse I've ever been to. My wife and I ate here 2 years ago and I still remember the amazing experience we had. Food was unique and fantastic and has yet to be surpassed. It's expensive but these kind of experiences are worth paying for.

Best meal in Vegas. Excellent choice of meat dishes for main. We had the lamb and pork, both were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. As an appetizer I had the prosciutto - honestly the best I've ever had even better than what I had in Italy last year. The service was exceptional, always there at the right time, not to much, just enough.

OMG!!!! The aged ribeye for 2 is a life changing experience. Seriously the best steak ever. I would literally pay double for it if I had to. It was cooked to Perfection not over seasoned and just absolutely amazing. Their service is top-notch. The beef cheek ravioli is a special they have sometimes and it is also just amazing. Their sides are fantastic the bread is wonderful I would be in so much trouble if they open the restaurant here in Austin. I'm counting the days until I get back to Vegas so I can eat there again.

Carnevino was the one restaurant to turn me away from thinking that a nice fancy dinner means an amazing steak dinner. Their pork chop is life changing! I first had their 20 oz pork chop 3 year ago, and when I went back again 3 years later, I was not disappointed. Their pork’s quality is held at the highest value because they even say you can eat it raw! They will ask you how you want your pork chop is cooked, and they recommend eating it the same way you like your steaks! I had medium rare and it was just amazing that my mouth is salivating even a day after I had it! They brought out two small containers of butter, one is whipped salt and one is beef lard with duck fat. These two on anything was great! Oddly enough the lard and duck fat combination was more salty than the salted butter! For a side, I highly recommend getting their lemon cauliflower if you like that salty lemon flavor like lemon herb chicken. I loved it, and it was recommended by the server.

We had the most amazing steak dinner with them. We got there right at closing and we never felt rushed at all. The steak was cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes with the poached egg was amazing. We picked one place to have a nice dinner and we picked the perfect place.

This place is amazing. From the service, to the ambiance, and of course, the food, it exceeds our expectations every time we visit. It's also great to see that over the course of many years and visits a large number of their staff has remained the same. We love taking new suggestions on what to try, and the ribeye is fantastic. Great memories here combined with a great experience make it the absolute best place we've eaten in Vegas.

I came here for lunch. Decided to try their best which was the rib-eye steak. Steak was supposedly dry aged for 3-4 months. They brought out a piece of hot bread 1st with a side of butter and lard which tasted delicious. Waiter came out with steak soon after and presented it before cutting it into different portions. The steak was perfectly made, definitely one of best steaks I had in my life. It costs about $96 I got a side with spinach and peppers which tasted great as well but pricey at $8. All appetizers were around 25$ which is def. A bit much. Overall great service and taste but definitely on pricier end
