I'm just simply relieved they serve soymilk chocolate milk in this coffee shop and the relatively cheap sandwiches are worth more than they're currently priced. The staff was not only friendly, they also give time for new customers when they have questions or don't know what to pick. Overall, awesome place with a lot of off-the-beaten-path grunge charm. Only issue is that the bathroom lighting - UV light kind of hurts my eyes and I didn't have a high-frequency flashlight to counteract it at the times I visited. Additional note: a friend referred me to this place because they mentioned that the shop accepts musicians playing instruments in the coffee shop and they hold open mics, but neither of those were present when I got there. I'm a little disappointed, but they will not factor into the review. Just a heads up for people coming there with instruments, and also I wish these would be implemented someday. It looks like a decent venue to perform something acoustic. Also, I'm so sorry I didn't get pictures of the food. I'll get images when I visit again.

Today was my first time in there and I loved it never been in a real coffee house (Starbucks doesn't count) the shop was so cool and cute I loved it. It looked like a place where you could sit all day and drink coffee. It was a little slow but it was busy. I saw the guy pour the creamer to make a design. How awesome is this.

DO NOT GO HERE!! THE OWNER IS A DISGUSTING PIG AND A THIEF! WENT THERE TODAY TO ORDER FOOD. HE GOT MY ORDER WRONG THEN I HAD TO ORDER A REPLACEMENT FOOD PRODUCT AND HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY AND I SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT! HE SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THAT BEFORE HE DID THE NEW ORDER! SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND HE WOULD NOT REFUND IT OR REPLACE MY FOOD ORDER! I AM FILING CHARGES AGAINST THIS BUSINESS AND THE GROSS OWNER! RUN! I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THE OWNER FOR INTENT AND MALICE BEHAVIOR TO DEFRAUD A CUSTOMER, VERBAL HARASSMENT AND DISTRESS!!! THE OWNER IS DISGUSTING!!! NO ONE LIKES THE EMPLOYEES OR THE DISGUSTING RUDE OWNER WHO IS VERBALLY HARASSING! HE THINKS THAT HE HAS THE RIGHT TO ROB AND THIEVE FROM CUSTOMERS AT HIS CONVENIENCE! NOT! I AM A FORMER FEDERAL LITIGATOR AND I AM PROSECUTING THIS BUSINESS TO THE MAX!! THIS IS THE DISGUSTING OWNER BELOW! I AM THE ONE WHO CALLED THE POLICE FIRST! ON HIM! Edit: I give them one less star today, unfortunately. I paid $4 for a small cup of coffee. That made me feel cheated like if I went to a Starbucks. I used to despise black coffee before I was introduced to the MadHouse Coffee brews, and their sweet drinks like the Chunky Monkey are great too. Their sandwiches are also delicious and reasonably-priced. I drive 7 miles out of the way to get my daily coffee here, and it's a great substitute for the expensive-sugary places like Starbucks. I hope they buy their own building or rent a bigger space in the future, because it gets a little cramped as a sanctuary for artistic freedoms and local artists would benefit from having the extra wall space as well as the customers having some more floor space. Small quarters aside, they make really good food and drinks.

Amazing place, I felt very comfortable and well received by all, especially by the welcoming owners Marco and his wife. The espresso tastes very good. My choice was The Prosciutto Of Happiness, the flavor made me feel like being in Italy, by the way Marco is Italian. I'm excited to go back here and try other dishes. The vibe of the place is also fantastic. Dont miss it!
