CLOSED, as of Summer 2014! They were great the first few years, but they started to slide after the winner of 'Hell's Kitchen' left after two years. They tried to renew their name, but as time passed, they continued to lose business...but the prices increased! The new Italian Restaurant will be opening early 2015, inside of 'Redrock Resort Casino & Spa'...hopefully this new restaurant will not just start strong, but stay great. We know of the owners, so we have a great feeling that they will do great!

We ordered the beach party sampler platter and two entrees. Our entrees came before the sampler platter and by the time we got the platter it was all dry. It seems that they had left it under the heating lamps and forgot to give it to us. The food was terrible, the sampler platter was completely dry and distasteful, my shrimp entree was incredibly greasy...the shrimp were swimming in oil. The burrito was bland and nothing special...as a matter of fact...taco bell is better. Won't be going back...what a waste of calories.

Great ambience...i felt right in middle of casino, yet secluded in booth to relish some hot nachos with 3 choices of salsa. Staff was super friendly who not only took time to explain menu but also gave us additinal info about the casino. Will eat here again! Gr8 food good value

I've grown up in the southwest my whole life. Been all over Mexico. I don't know what region of mexico they got their recipes from but it all sucked. I've never been inclined to post a comments before until now. AVOID THIS CRAPPY FOOD AT ALL COSTS. Dry carnatis, horrid mole sauce, soapy tasting soup, dry tasteless rice, stale chips. Eat at ur own risk. No kids menu. Dinner for 2 adults and 3 kids $100 bucks. First and last time there.

We are locals and have always loved Terra Rossa. Although the last two times that we dined there the fish was not good. Last month we had the salmon and it was overcooked and very dissappointing. Last night we had the swordfish and it was mushy. I did mention this to the waiter since our last experience was also below average. He consulted the chef and the chef said that it was mushy because he had sliced the fish too thin. I felt at $36 it was not acceptable. We will def. not return for their fish!
