I love this place with my whole heart. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are really clean. The pool is gorgeous and beautiful. The restaurants are amazing. I don't know what else to say except that it is perfect. I highly recommend that anyone goes there.

Stayed for a week and had a blast. Ask for an upgraded room. Neighborhood is fine, a few sketchy people but if you have been in a big city it won't bother you one bit. Great value for the stay. Minus 2 stars due to them allowing neighboring room to have a small dog that barked all night until they were kicked out finally at 4:30am. These people left the dog along all night...

It's far from the main strip, but that's not too bad. The casino inside is pretty good. Everything is clean and nice. Only one real reason I gave it such a low rating. The check-in line took us 30 minutes! That's insane! The line for check in was all the way to the main entrance to the point where it blocked access to the casino proper. They need to make the process faster. It's just unacceptable for it to be that long

Highly Recommend this Place... Lots of Fun here... Slots Gambling.. Restaurant Eateries... Buffets.. Can't Wait to come back... If you like to play the slot machines.. They do have good Payouts... Came with 300.00 dollars to play. With... I Came with my 78 year old Aunt and my 83 year old Mom... They loved it here... Got here Sunday at 1100am.. Going home Tuesday morning... Still with 280.00dollars. Been playing with the slots.. Lost 20.00... This is why I highly Recommend the Place...

Check in took around 30 to 45 minutes around 5pm. There was at least 8 people working to check in people. We got an elite room for one night, one of the renovated rooms and it was nice. Room was clean and at night you can't hear people in the hallway, which is a plus. The bathroom had a lot of towels and extra toilet paper. Check out was easy and fast in the TV in the room. We invited some friends (not staying with us) to the pool and all the guy at the pool asked was for the room key and gave us pool towels. Pool was cold, but clean. There were 2 spa tubs. Pool closes around 7pm, but it didn't say closing time anywhere. To go to the top of the tower is $10 for guest staying at the hotel and one more other guest on the weekend. The observation deck was worth the $ and it was a really nice view at night. They close at 1am.

We went to the tower to get a good view of Las Vegas and grab a bite to eat and get some drinks. The views are amazing. That's pretty obvious. It's the highest place in Vegas. If you want to go, go about 1 hour before sunset. You can spend several hours here if you wanted too. Our family of 4 went to the upper area, the bar part. The dining part (below the bar) rotates slowly, which looked awesome, but we only wanted drinks and light eating. The food was absolutely amazing. So good I am going to try to make it myself when I get home. The drinks were also really good. Honestly, everything was great except the service. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't really on par with everything else. The waitress walked by, said hi, tossed some napkins down and walked away. Didn't take our drink order or anything. And she forgot to put in several orders. Like I said, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. I would still go back though.

Checked in last minute. Room was clean, furniture in good shape. Asked the front desk for a fridge and Marisa had housekeeping send one up immediately. The parking garage is huge but it's free. I found a spot on the 5th level but it was close to the elevators. Once you get out of the elevators, it's only a minute walk to the hotel. In the hotel, cut across the pinnacle to reach the registration desk. Check out the tower shops and restaurants this hotel has. Restaurants include everything from McDonald's, Mexican food, pizza, to Asian cuisine. I would definitely stay here again. The ambience and staff is just amazing here. Nothing but good vibes all around.

Our room was outdated, we had a non smoking room but the bed linen had burn holes as well as it smelled of smoke in the room. The bathroom sink took a little longer to fully drain . For instance, I brush my teeth while keeping the water running and the sink would fill with water. Once I turned off the water, the water would remain in the sink for about 45 seconds to a minute began it would completely drain. The walls are thin. I heard an entire conversation from the guests next door and they really weren’t loud at all. I also did not like that you have to purchase the round seats in the pool area. I was told that the seats come with a bottle, but I was on vacation with my 15 and 16 year old daughters, not only that, there is a adult only pool area on a different floor. The staff was nice though. And this was the first time I’ve ever been charged to checkout late.

I have never stayed at this hotel however every time that I am in Las Vegas, which is at least once every 2 to 3 months, I always eat at the restaurant that is near the roof called on top of the world. Hands down my favorite place in Las Vegas and I try to introduce as many of my friends to it as possible. The food is delicious, the views are incredible, the atmosphere is spectacular and the staff is always Top Notch with their service. The lobster bisque is one of the best soups I have ever had and anytime I have ever ordered steak it has been cooked absolutely perfect. I highly suggest visiting if you have not already!

Stratosphere has the most thrilling rides of Las Vegas on the tallest tower of the city. Even if you are not keen on performing the rides you should visit the floor and enjoy the city and ride view. The lift moving 100 floors is one of the memorable experience. It has large casino. I am satisfied with their hotel and room service. It is very slow and you have to remind them many times for required items. They don't even provide drinking water and charges hefty amount for it.
