Staying in one of the rooms. nice and clean. very spacious. at check in, though very busy the front desk help was courteous.

Yes it is on the small side but what is great and what I appreciate about this place is that I don't go expecting to win the jackpot ( I wouldn't complain if I did though 😉) but I do expect to be able to play $100 for awhile and not lose it in 7 minutes. And that's what this place does. You win a little lose a little. I was able to play on 200 for a few hours.

I used to love this place for years...you could win a hand pay or jackpot every so often. Not anymore....very, very tight machines and winning anything is basically out of the question! I have been going to Cliff Castle and win every time I go. Major changes need to be made instead of cutting employee hours!

The staff is friendly enough but the your chances of even breaking even are very poor. Last at least five visits were bad. Just take take take. I'm mean come on loosen your grip a little Bucky's. Each time I have to drive to the Talking Stick to re-coop my losses.
It's even worse at Cliff Castle. I would stay in PHX if your going to primarily gamble. Just my opinion. Take care a good luck to all!😊

Had an absolute ball Hear the People staff were very very friendly incredibly helpful patient they help to make the experience and stop their well worth our time... It was such a neat little place that we actually spent the night and by doing so played more in the casino and had diy in the restaurant. The bartender was excellent our waitress also excellent and the food was good worth the price but slightly skimpy on the food plates could have been a little Fuller. The hostess Janet and the floor manager doing as well as the general manager John for exceptionally good people!!! I will return to Bucky's when I can!!!

We attended a luncheon with four hundred hospital volunteers. A sit down lunch for 400 folks came off without a hitch. The waitstaff is unbelievable. The food was scrumptious. The facility is perfect for such occasions.

Very nice and clean. Bucky's has a wonderful Cafe with tasty food at reasonable prices. Lots of different types of games to play. Great assortment of slots. Very friendly staff that always make you feel welcome.

I have been a long time local who has spent lots of money at both the top and bottom casinos. I have stopped going as the majority of the waitresses are nasty and disrespectful. This includes the bartenders who have been there for years. They all complain how miserable they are but they stay for the benefits. The management will not do anything because these waitresses are dependable and show up on time.They may be dependable, but they have the worst customer service ever. It's just not me. I have spoken to so many other locals who have stop going and are now going to cliff castle. Yes, there prices have gone up and they have taken away all the entertainment, but the majority of my time is gambling. So why keep spending my hard earned money for crappy service. There are a couple of great waitresses, unfortunately they are not always there when I am there.
