A New York City institution, Carmine’s was created with the goal of presenting every meal in the manner of an “Italian American wedding feast.” Carmine’s in The Quarter at Tropicana is the restaurant’s first location outside of the Big Apple. It is a favorite with visitors and locals alike. The restaurant serves home-style Southern Italian appetizers, entrees, and desserts in extra large portions, evoking the comfort of grandma’s house. The bar features an extensive list of premium wines and very generous cocktails.

Best Italian Food EVER!!! Had lunch with a friend on Saturday 7/7. James was is one of the BEST Servers we have ever experienced. Any time we needed anything, James or one his co-workers were there to handle any request...but NOT to the point of interrupting our dining experience. Portions were enormous! but that is secondary. The Quality of the Food is second to NONE!!! Make Sure to dine at Carmine's any time you are in Atlantic City.... heck it is worth a Special Trip for the Food and Experience!!!

I love Carmine’s, my husband and I visit every time we are in town. The food is great, the portions huge! Drinks and service always perfection. My only negative star is based on a manager interaction we observed last night. We learned the manager was named Ashley, and the company should be absolutely ashamed for hiring someone with her demeanor. She should be embarrassed by the way that she spoke to the staff, such condescension is unnecessary and just downright rude. Her manner in guest relations was not much better, I’ve hear managers at diners speak in kinder tones. Such a disappointment that a consistent business would allow someone like this to be the face of their company. We plan to return next trip, but hopefully avoid her like the plague, it just put off my whole night.

Carmine's Restaurant is one of our go to spots for GREAT Italian food. The food is always delicious!! Let me also mention our server "Angela" she was just awesome!! always checking on us, at just the RIGHT time for anything we might need to make our experience that much better. Awesome job Angela!!! We will be back!!!

I came here for one of my best friends' birthdays and we had the extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable Kayla. The meal was absolutely astounding and they had one of my favorite IPAs on tap. The manager, Simone came to visit our table, and he was very charming and professional. A member of our party even dropped cash on the ground, at the table, and they were gracious enough to call the number listed in the reservation so he could come retrieve his list property. I should recommend Carmine's to anyone looking for a classy, quality experience in Atlantic City. Wonderful.

The portions are large enough for two or three people. This includes appetizers and entrees. Everything, I mean everything is fresh. Debbie was our waitress and she was awesome. It was our first time but definitely not our last.

My wife and I had a table for 2 reserved, and decided to have a couple drinks at the bar, while waiting. Toni your bartender had me at hello. We cancelled our table and decided to eat at the bar. Great food, great service, awesome personality, seemed to enjoy being there , and gorgeous to boot. It's rare to get that all in one package these days. Not to mention she held our leftovers til after the show! You have a treasure there Carmine! Continued success Toni. Thanks for starting what turned out to be a great night! All the best!!!

My dad and I went for the first time and we loved it! The service was great we had a lady as our waitress, I wish I could remember her name. The food had to be the best I have ever tasted! I ordered the porterhouse which they informed us would take some time to make so we ordered a few things while we waited. Honestly, I can’t wait to go again!
