Great place and service was fantastic. Can here to watch the Rams and Saints game. The atmosphere was great for the game. Food was really good and I had a great time.

Amazingly lousy service. The evening manager was respecful and attempted to make it right. But Hour and 10 minute wait with a 4 and 6 year old. It Seemed like right when we were going to leave, we were promised a seat. Settled on two separate tables for a party of six. Multiple open tables... Just an overall awful experience. Sucks because my child loves the table entertainment and the broccoli lol I know me boycotting the place and stop coming won't hurt em but... Just know what to expect. Oh, the food... It is what it is....

When we first began visiting this Chili's, soon after moving to Los Alamos, the service was pretty good. The food is Chili's, just like any of the other Chili's nationwide. That was a year and a half ago. The last time we visited, two months ago, the food was the same but the restaurant has definitely gone down hill. It's not as clean as it was and the service has gone into the toilet. It took 40 minutes to get our food. The booths were dirty, the floor was sticky, the bathrooms needed attention and IT TOOK 40 MINUTES TO GET OUR FOOD. Not going back anytime soon.

The food always comes out fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and informative. Always a great experience. Update: I use to come at least 3 or 4 times a month and almost always had a great experience. Unfortunately, for the last 6 months or so I have been coming in less and less. This is because things such as, in the bar area they leave all the tables full of dirty dishes. Even when they see you are trying to look for a table, they just walk right past you. Maybe it could be because it is close to shift change and they don't want new tables? The wait staff on either side are unattractive and does not seem like they want you there. I have to sit with an empty glass for most of the meal, the food is cold, like it was sitting they awhile before it came out or it comes out wrong. For example, I ordered fajitas and it did not come out steaming; onions and bell peppers were still hard. Another time I ordered the endless soup and salad. The waiter didn't like that because 'he was busy and had to make it himself'. He really didn't like when I got refills. He even tried saying it didn't come with chips and salsa. I had to show him the menu, I guess he use new. They only seem to be attentive right before it is time to pay the bill. I am usually not the type to complain, so I will not bring it to the managers attention and get anyone in trouble. I still really like chillis and will continue eat there. I just really hope the next time I go in these issues are resolved and if they are i will change this post. So i for now my rating goes from a 5 to a 2. P.S. please remove the bush next to the chillis-to-go door it smells like something died.

Pretty good visit. Now that they have been established for a good while. Before i would have to wait a long time to have them get me me food to only mess it up. This last time i went. I had no issues with the food or service. I just wish they would have a more convenient happy hour. Which would be best because then i would be more likely to go there because it has more deals to save money.

Less than 1/4 lb of chicken on my salad but tasted good. My friends did not get corn on cob till we were leaving even though she was reminded several times. I was never asked if I wanted more iced tea.

I made a reservation 2-3 hours in advance today for father's day. I got there at the right time and they told me it's still a 30 minute wait. I then spoke to a manager and he told me they don't do reservations and there is nothing he can do. This is not the first time I've had a problem there. This place has really gone down. I will not recommend Chilis to no one until it improves.

It doesn't even deserve one star! Waited 45 minutes for a table, then our food didn't even show up for another 45 minutes maybe more. We left, went to KFC down the street! That was yummy!

The service was pretty good the waiter decided to change my drink into something that he wanted which I didn't like but overall was good.

We like coming here when i visit my family. Love the food and drinks only problem i occasionally come across is bad service. I may have had 3/4 good waiters. Also have had a handful of rude ones.
