Look I work hard so why not play a little. But!! Play right when I go I like Thursday Late Evenings and Sunday too why you say? Because it’s not over crowded you enjoy the music and slowly pick the machine you like it will give you something if you treat it right. Enjoy it and always play Safe

Needs renovation to update the look. Doesn't have the feel of excitement a casino should have... If you just want to gamble, its fine. For a fun night out, your best bet for NY city casino is Resorts in Queens.

This casino is actually quite amazing, and very well staffed. There is a heavy presence of security, which made me feel extremely safe . Every time I turned around I saw either casino security dressed in uniform, or uniformed police officers. Asides from the great sense of security in the atmosphere, the casino is well taken care of . The bathrooms are cleaned and well maintained. There are cleaning people constantly walking around and making sure the casino is super clean . During my visit I also stopped at the food court. The food court has a wide variety of foods for any person , and you definitely get your money's worth. The portions are large , and they are well seasoned. The staff are kind , and they try to accommodate you as much as possible. My experience at the casino was amazing. I played so many new games some of which had Family Guy , and Pirate Themes. The machines that I played on the first floor paid out a reasonable amount of money , and I was satisfied with my winnings. Great casino , good food , I will return.

Had A Great time Didn't Leave There Broke Made Some Money Came 765 Miles Too Gamble Love The Place For Was Good Drinks Was On Point The Floor Managers Were All Looking Like They Suppose Too Be But Had One Problem Went Too Difference Bathroom They Both Was Dirty Tissue Every Were They Had Signs Up But It Wasn't Clean But It's Okay Had A Good Time I've Rather Come There Any Day Before The Resort Casino In Queens It Sucks The Life Out Of You If Ive Can Give You Guys Ten Stars**********You Got My Vote Oh And The Music Was Great

It is a nice place to hang out. They have a number of games to play. There is a restaurant and a bar. They have cold foods such as salad and sandwiches pre packaged. People walk around also with drinks and shots on trays , which is convenient especially when u are playing the machines. There is also a shuttle that runs through out the parking lot and to the train station.

Full disclosure, I won a significant amount of money during my visit... with that being said: This casino is a dump as far as casinos go. I am from Detroit and we have a MGM property there that is incredibly clean and taken care of. The first 7 machines I played had missing buttons and torn seat cushions. The rest barely had sound. I know MGM just recently purchased this property, but as a platinum player with MLIFE, this was a huge disappointment. Someone needs to get over here from Vegas and take control.

Three stars only because I was in line for over an hour because they had no one there to do Lotto claims and then they switched cage cashiers twice, once they did get someone over to the booth. The cage cashiers were extremely friendly. Except one who told a customer to go somewhere else to play his lotto because he felt it was taking long, which ensued in an argument berween them both. The police didn't come over to calm the situation and they were standing right there. Empire is still a nice place.

This is where you come if you just have a feeling you might win some money. They don't have any tables only slots. They have roulette and black jack, but it's all electronic. Which in my opinion sucks. If you don't mind that then definitely check the place out. Top make matters worse the alcohol isn't free when you're gambling. I was shocked. Someone told me there was a magical place near the back where they served for free while you're gambling. But I never found that unicorn.

Empire City Casino is probably one of the most underrated casinos but, I was very impressed on my last visit. They are undergoing an expansion and upgrade that will make them very impressive and the place to be when you want to try your luck on the slots or gaming tables. Empire City Casino has become one of my favorites.

Most of the machines were not working, I never once saw a waitress for a drink. I thoroughly turned off. For the amount of people spend in there, they should at least be able to get a drink and have working games. Wish they had live tables.
