This place is AMAZING! We decided to take a different route back to Chicago coming out of Atlanta and what an amazing drive! This place is just incredible! Rooms are huge and very clean. The staff has been amazing and the $2 dollar tacos are excellent. We can't wait for the 50 cent wings tomorrow. This place blows away the casinos in the Chicagoland and Milwaukee area. I recommend bringing an electric scooter and get a casino map because you can easily get lost here. If we had known about this place we would have booked our hotel room for another night.

Very nice casino that is spread out. The buffet had many different options including all you can eat crab legs, prime rib, Mongolian grill, sushi bar, Italian, and many other options. The food overall was good. The casino also has a place for children and families to go bowl and have a nice arcade as well. Overall great place to spend a weekend. The slot machines only take $5's and up FYI.

Beautiful resort and casino nestled in the mountains. The gaming was fair and plentiful. Our personal results weren't as great but we had a great time. The drive was incredible and it would be a beautiful fall or spring trip.

I really enjoyed this hotel and casino. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and I had a great view overlooking the casino and mountains. The room wasn't ready when I tried to check in at 4:00pm, but they worked quickly to get a room clean and I was in a room by 5:30pm (this was a night after a big weekend). Not too much of a problem. The casino is fun. I had a couple vouchers for play and hit a couple good wins on the slots. I'm not a big gambler, but it was fun and the staff was friendly and helpful. I don't like the fact that a majority of the casino is smoking. I played in the nonsmoking area and it was alot better, but it still smells like smoke. It would be nice if they would make a small smoking area and the rest of the casino smoke free. Food inside the hotel and casino is okay, but a tad expensive (like most resorts and casinos). I'd visit here again.

Great casino. The place is huge! Great variety of slots and table games. Plenty security throughout to keep everyone safe. Didn't win any money, but had a good time. Took advantage of the food court that specializes in fast food places like Uno pizza, Johnny Rocket, and others I don't remember off hand. Prices were in line with regular restaurant prices. Had the pizza. It was pretty good. I will be back sometimes in the future.

It's an exciting and fun place to be just about any time day or night. The staff and management are friendly and kind to everyone that comes to the resort. They have great places to eat, dance, shows, promotions and celebrities. Great shops and candy store you'll feel so good to have visited to satisfy that sweet tooth. It's a great place for friends to unwind and play the games with chances to win big.

Hospitality and welcoming atmosphere People and the service which is completely understandable are always helpful in any means! Try your best to stay at least 2 days or more because of the surroundings are so welcoming. Plus there is so many things to see and do including slots and tables! The best time and the best experience that I have enable to receive in a very long time thank you! Harrah's and Caesar Enterprise have outdid themselves on this facility!

Spent three nights, my husband and I had a great time. The casino is clean, the staff are very helpful - from the casino staff to the housekeeping staff. Stayed in the Creek tower the room was nice but the shower was amazing. Would have liked if the slots paid back a little more - just so we could play longer, I really don't expect to win big. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harrah's Cherokee. I read a few posts about the food - we thought the food was fine. The buffet is a little pricey, but if you want a huge selection of choices this is for you.

Had a great time. Played poker and roulette, expect a generous wait for either at peak times. Staff were all great, parking was always available in the parking decks on a holiday weekend, the grounds looked great, and the facility was quite clean generally. We drove by the Wind Creek Casino on our trip in and based on the exterior there the decision was made that there was no cause to ever consider it over here. Definitely left in the red, but still totally worth it.
