It was the first time staying at the hotel. I'm going to start with what I liked about our stay. We checked in on a Friday night. The room was beautiful, no money spared on the interior of the room, we loved it. The view was great. The buffet was pretty good too. We've always won more money at this casino than any other we've been to in the Tulsa area, won on this night too, so we'll definitely go again. Now the not so cool stuff. Someone needs to get a grip on the handicap parking. We couldn't find one. At least two thirds of the handicap parking spots under the casino were taken by cars without handicap placards or tags. That seems to be the norm because every time I go there, that's how it is. We checked out of the hotel at 10 am Saturday morning to go downstairs to find no breakfast being served on site. We thought that was early for ending breakfast on a weekend morning, so we left and went elsewhere. That sums up our stay, definitely room for some improvement.

Incredibly poor customer service. If you're a hotel guest, don't expect to enjoy the pool. They sell so many day passes to local residents that you won't find a chair or space to put your things if you get there from noon onward if it's a busy day. We spent the weekend a easily dropped $1000 on the room, food, drinks and concert tickets. If you are local and work on a Friday, get home, pack head over, check in and grab a bite hoping to watch the sun set by the pool, think again. They close the pool at "dusk" which basically means as soon as possible once it starts getting dark. Apparently they forgot it's a "resort". Then you wake up on Saturday grab breakfast, head to the pool, if the weather is nice, it will be PACKED!!! There won't be a single chair left by 11:30 or for the rest of the day. Last straw: if you buy a coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby and plan to go to the pool when it opens at 10 to enjoy your coffee and try to beat the crowd, NOPE. WRONG AGAIN! They don't allow "outside food or beverages" in the pool area. Doesn't matter that you bought the coffee in the lobby. In fact, there's a vending machine right by the door to the pool. If you buy a bottle of water there, you can't bring that into the pool area either. What kind of customer service is that? Zero!!! I had a reservation set up for this September, I cancelled it. I'll never spend another dime at a place where you are treated like cattle.

Amazing venue! First time here to see a concert at Paradise Cove, Pitbull nonetheless. Comfortable seating. Great views. Excellent sound system. Very personal. Convenient location and wonderful decor. We sat in the aisle and saw staff walk the steps and keep it mopped and swept, never before seen that at other places.

Loved this room! we got the suite and it was huge!! We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. The room had a smokey smell and we let them know that it was not from us. They sent up a machine while we were at the concert to have the room air cleaned with no problems at all. The concert was amazing! Great experience.

One of my favorite casino's to visit in Tulsa Oklahoma. Not only do they offer plenty of games but also have live entertainment along with a all you can eat buffet that is fairly decent. Odds of winning is much better than most and you can leave with some change in your pocket after visit. Great entertainment for an evening of afternoon. Their hotel offers comfortable and affordable rates if you are coming from out of town. Fun times

The only issue I have with this casino is that it doesn't have free alcoholic drinks but that's the same with all casinos in Oklahoma. That being said, it is a beautiful, clean facility. It has several restaurants, a buffet, several bars and lots of slots. The employees are largely friendly and helpful. It's important to remember that it is on sovereign Indian land and under the laws of the Creek nation and federal authorities. The atmosphere is fun. It was not overly smoky this time sand that's a large improvement from before. Don't forget to check out the volcano and blender in the Margaritaville restaurant. It erupts every hour on the hour from the opening of the restaurant until 9pm. Day passes are available for the pool. Try to win some money then soak away your sadness at the swim up bar!

Great machines and table games. Rewards club has very nice free play (higher than other casinos) and food coupons every month. I had a comped room and for $50 I upgraded to the Signature Suite. It has two rooms, a living and a Master Bedroom. The living room has a half bath. The Master has a master bathroom. It has two sinks, a shower and a tub, and a vanity. The master bath toilet is able to be used privately while someone else is in the bathroom, it has its own door. It is a very beautiful room and it was well worth the upgrade charge. The regular rooms are also beautiful, I would definitely stay here again in any room. All rooms I have been in have always been clean. I have started taking an ultraviolet light with me to hotels. I checked the cleanliness of the suite and of the standard rooms I have stayed in under UV light. They have been cleaned extremely well. The bed covers (sheets, pillows, and toppers) were spotless.

Other than my experience with the young Valet, parking kid,my experience was great. Our car had a broken key, that was separate from the fob. He said that his manager banned the car from their Valet parking. He said that the car couldn't be locked. I had explained the night before that you had to take it out of the ignition, in order to lock the car. I work in retail, so I do understand there are policies in place for specific reasons. It was just how the kid spoke to me,and what he said was kind of stupid. Sorry for the rant, but you asked me about my experience there.
