I just moved and wanted some great food - Devlins saved the day. Wide variety and great unique apps! The cauliflower app is excellent!

Delvins Cafe

The interior decor and menu made the place feel like it was aiming for an upscale pub/American feel, but there were at least three different over-inebriated groups there (including one throwing up in the bathroom), completely ruining that atmosphere. Not that the restaurant is necessarily directly to blame for this, it might just be the neighborhood or bad timing. But still, not the foodie date night I was hoping for. Beer-wise, I was told they often carry Sip of Sunshine on draft (though not on our night) and the rest of their list was pretty respectful as well. Their food options all sounded quite tasty, but the actual food I ordered was either too salty (the Greek tots) or too bland (the truffle ravioli). Overall, I feel this place could be great with some food prep tweaking and better crowd control (or at least cutting off the drunks a bit earlier).

Devlin's has a split personality... One one hand it's a great spot to hang out and drink. On the other, they've got great food and a nice dining area. The outdoor patio is awesome for drinks during the warmer months

Food was good but the service was slow. Had to wait not only for our orders but our water. We did have a large group but you would think they would try to accommodate even more

Cozy neighborhood atmosphere. Two out of three of us loved our meals. Service friendly but a bit slow, so avoid if you're in a hurry. Recommend, and would definitely go again if I lived in the area.

Great food! We had the Thai style fried rice and steak tips with a side of broccolini. Calamari for an appetizer. Everything was very good - however the steak was pretty undercooked and the broccolini was kind of bland. Still a great meal and would go back.

I go to this place all the time and I just love it. I live nearby and it's my go-to spot to bring friends who visit me. It's hard to even figure out/describe what type of place this actually is (feels kind of like an Irish pub but serves everything from pizza to poke bowls?) But the food is consistently good, they have plenty of beer options, and in nice weather that patio is unbeatable.

The back patio is a perfect place to be in Brighton on a nice day. They've often got some great live music playing. Foods good - on the pricier side, but still good

From the sign it seems like it would be an upscale hip brunch spot, but the inside decor leaves something to be desired. The Quinoa bowl, however, saved this place from getting a lower rate! I caught a glimpse of the tomato/basil/mozzarella avocado toast as well which looked beautiful. Get your interior design in order and this place would be sweet all around.

Very comfortable decor. It feels like you never want to leave. They had Pipework IPA (Ninja VS Unicorn), which is a top rated beer and rare. It was a good indicator that they cared about quality. The steak tips were very tender and an ample portion. Prices are appropriate for the quality of food. Lots of care goes into each plate.
