Amber is the worst bartender ever. Literally over looking my husband and I. I finally got her attention and got a menu and we have been sitting here for 10 minutes without her asking if we are ready to order. HOWEVER, I’ve watched her put chapstick on from her clear bag. She is the worst, I’ve ever seen that works here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please play the camera back to see how she overlooked is the entire time.

The TV options are great and you can watch several games at once. The bar service was a bit slow but acceptable being that a Steeler game was in town next door at the time.

Food was ok, definitely not premium. After we got our seats took almost 10 minutes for the waiter to show up. My wife's cider was flat/gross tasting and my beer was flat too. Prices weren't horrible but there are many places on the North Shore that are better.

Got seated quickly but that was about the extent of the good experience. Waters took about 15 mins, apps took another 20, a single bottle of beer took over 20 mins, the main course took over an hour after we ordered.
Avoid this place unless you're sitting at the bar drinking.

We got seated under a minute. We waited at the table for 20 min no one helped & the waiter kept looking over but never gave the time of day he was busy watching the pens game on the big screen. The table next to us came in after us got waited on pretty fast. So the hostess got our drinks & took our order. She was the most kind person & she did a great job. If she didn't help us we would have never gotten any help by anyone else. So a very big thank you to her, Valerie! Pretty disappointing the other times that i ate here were great no problem. I don't know what happened last night.

Horrific service and garbage food. Burgers were over done and could tell they sat under the heat lamp too long. It's not hard to serve decent food but obviously this place doesn't care.
