Booked a king suite, no windows in the room. Non smoking room, towels smelled like cigarettes and perfume. Shower, luke warm. We called the front desk they sent an engineer who said it wasn't hot and he'd reset the boiler. It never warmed up. We got downgraded to a room with double beds. The shower was hot for about 10 minutes and after that, room temperature water at best. I haven't had a hot shower in 48 hours. I'm in the room right now and the only thing keeping me from flipping out about this stay is that a family member booked the room and I don't want my actions to reflect on that person.

Decent time. Went to stay there for the pool but it rained most of the time. Room was nice and bed was comfy. Casino floor was a bit small. But did the job. Lots to do with KOP mall 5 minutes away. Would def stay again.

We always have fun at the casino. Really friendly employees at the tables themselves. We have a yearly visit where 6 of us spend the night gambling at a table. We asked the Pit Boss if he'd open a table just for us - and he did without hesitation. This has happened for the past 5 years in a row - so it is a consistent thing we do, and we're really thrilled that the Casino supports our request. We don't always win, but we always have a good time.

Lots of fun, people who work there are really friendly and helpful. Good food, no matter where I eat. Sometimes the machines at tight. Have to know when to quit. Gifts are pretty good too. Most times I can use what they give out. Smaller casino, but I was told it will be expanding soon. Going there almost every Sunday, I have gotten to know a lot of people Fun to talk to. Will continue to visit Valley Forge Casino.

The casino is easy to get to and parking is a breeze, but I just didn't like the vibe I got from the dealers. Maybe it was me, but the dealers felt a little too cold. My drinks also weren't very impressive or delivered in a timely manner. I will continue to come here out of convenience and hold out hope for future visits to be better. Maybe I'll check out the night life and see how that is.

My wife and I went to this casino, and after a few hours of being there state police were called because I was carrying a firearm, which I have a license to carry. There were no signs posted. As I was waiting for everything to be verified an employee tells another employee, now they carry guns and wear gang colors in here, I take that as racial profiling. I am a law abiding citizen and have the right to protect my family and myself, and if no signs are posted should not be in the wrong and have to go through the situation I did. Anyone who is a minority should not go to this establishment. I’ve spent a lot of money there to be treated this way.

Nice little casino... There are slots, roulette, craps, and ultimate hold em tables. But no poker room. They say they have approval for one do it is coming. A bit smoky... They could use a better ventilation system.

Fun time! Quick or long visit convenient. Parking free, friendly and easy. Good eats and events. Very nice hotel. Super convenient access at only a mile from King of Prussia interchange. GO!!!

Amazing customer service, very polite people at the front desk. We had our fraternity formal event here and the staff was amazing. The bartender during the event was spectacular and never disappointed. The bartender in an adjacent bar was just as delightful. Would highly reccomend staying here whether it be for a formal event or a normal stay.

We didn't go to the casino so I can't comment on that. Room was fine, no complaint. Food pretty good, breakfast lots of food, service weak though. Exhibit space was weird, but like the rest of the hotel. It was just too spread out. So no special complaint, just generally don't need to go back ever.
