Nothing but issues. I spent almost $14,000.00. I have Issue after issue. They keep saying they will send a Technician to fix my issues, however no one comes!

No service after the sale for a warranty claim. It has been a year since I contacted Mark and no attempt on his part to fix the problem. I am dealing directly with manufacture now.

We purchased theater chairs from a local furniture store several years ago. That store discontinued the furniture style. I wanted to add to our seating, but did not want it to be a different style. Mark and Tammy, of Home Theater Gear, went the extra mile to find the exact match I was looking for. They were able to provide the theater chairs at a very good price along with excellant customer care. When the time comes to add or replace anything in our home theater, my first stop will be Home Theater Gear.

We've just bought the Palliser Motivo from The Home Theater Gear. It took nearly 6 weeks to have the furniture delivered. The sofa is great but the battery big issues, one complete dead and other one lasts only a few day with complete charge. it is very disappointing that the Home Theater Gear does not want to replace it. "he" said we did not know how to charge it. Right! My wife and I were very sad that service person did not show up on the set appointment for checking the battery and even more upset that none of them called us for the reasoning. Note that that is not the first time, there have been at least 3 times in the past, and also "he" never answers call from us. Why they do that?

Thieves, unprofessional, unorganized. Waited 3 months to receive my popcorn machine ($400) after serveral calls, emails. We're suppose to refund me, couldn't even find my order. Such a mess, you guys knew how to take my money right away but forgot the delivery part? Stay far away as possible from this place unless you want to get your money taken away!

I was looking online for a projector for my game room when I came across Home Theater Gear. I found out they actually have a showroom near my house which had all sorts of awesome stuff! I ended up basically turning my "game room" into a home theater w surround sound, theater seating, lighting, etc. They even installed everythin at a very reason able price...Rich

Home Theater Gear is a phenomenal place. Right when you walk in, just the variety of chairs available is incredible. It was JUST what we were looking for. They also have a 'demo room' where you can test chairs, distances from the screen, sound levels, etc. We were shopping only for seating but I think they have a good equipment selection as well. Home Theater Gear employees were superb. Andrea was great and very patient as we sat time and time again on different chairs, disagreed, changed our mind, etc. We got a fantastic price AND they even delivered on the same day! Kenneth was also great - he was in store when we bought and also headed up the delivery team. Very professional delivery and they made sure everything was perfect before they left. We had one small blemish on a chair and they said we can expect another one today (Monday after a Saturday purchase and delivery). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
