A great place to visit. A cacophony of sound and entertainment. The smell from the buffet wafting over you makes you hungry even when you aren't. Seriously, the buffet is really good for a fair price. And now with sports betting it's a dream for sports lovers. The cocktail waitresses are so lovely and friendly and accurate you feel pampered.

Surprisingly nice casino, given the location. Snacks at the cafe are priced extremely fair. The staff is always very pleasant and friendly. Soda and coffee is free like at most casinos. they are always adding new games and changing out some of the older unused ones. all the positive side, I wish the non-smoking section was larger than it is or making the entire place non-smoking. or make the inside done smoking and add an outside smoking section with games and heat lamps like I have seen at other newer casinos. I really don't like to smell like cigarettes after I sat and played slots and cards for an hour.

Everything was nice, except that when I booked my room online I added strawberries and champagne and a small fruit.basket. I received neither and when I asked, I was informed that I needed to give them 48hrs notice. I booked before Christmas for December 29. When that didn't work, suddenly they decide I haven't paid for it. So we will be going to a different hotel and casino for Anniversary/Christmas vacation next year.

I really liked this for an overnight trip. I don't really get into casinos but I enjoyed this one and had a great evening. Tried the slots. Came out a little ahead. We stayed right at the resort with the romance package of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and meal, playing credits. All the staff was friendly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I did not like the greyhound track.

I haven't gambled here but have been in for meetings. Their catered food is quite good and staff is pretty friendly. One room we had was very dimly lit and they kept the music very quiet, especially in comparison to our next door neighbor's room. On another visit the air filtration was not keeping the cigarette smoke out from other areas and they let one song play on repeat for an hour. The bar they set up outside the meeting room is pretty slow to get drinks.

Plenty of room to park, hard to get a room there though. Excellent buffet and they also have other places to eat, tables and slots. They even have people that will give you a message while you're playing the tables. Also they do have racing

The room was nice, but the beds looked like they were made by children. Majority of the staff, but not all, were just unfriendly. Our sink was also clogged in the room,and had to go to an ice machine on a different floor because ours didn't work. We made the best of our trip, but will not be returning.

On a Tuesday night.. empty lot.. but somehow only the premier breath pure rooms are available.. at a premium also.. the casino was awesome, the snack bar was great service was all around pleasant was just really pissed about the room.

I like the layout and cleanliness of the casino. Keep in mind WV is one of the few states remaining that allows smoking indoors. So if you want the non-smoking section it is there, it's small but you barely get a trace of smoke as it's well ventilated. Other than that, we had a great time there for 4 hours.

Nice variety of slots and table games. The video roulette and craps is great. Dog racing added depth to the casino. Will definitely return. The only complaints I have are the beds are super firm/uncomfortable with flat pillows and The Pointe restaurant could not cook meat properly (both of us had to send back), flavor was lackluster for the price. Save your$$ and do the buffet or food court.
