Tightest machines of any of the local casinos. Nice location. Shower door handles in bad spot. If you pull them shut you smash your fingers. Pool has outdoor passage, nice in winter months.. 1 extra star was given for the pool.

Stayed at the Casino for 7 days and the service was personable and helpful. Nice clean rooms and housekeeping would cheerfully work around our comings and goings each day. The beds were so comfortable to both my husband and me. Bathroom is big and so is the shower, good hot water. The view out any window is wonderful and we saw deer, fox and geese daily. Safe places to walk with a view around the area. The pool is big enough, clean and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor hot tub. The casino staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food has improved but the open hours stagger. The snack bar has excellent food and service, always. Restaurants are close in Bayfield. Can't wait to stay again. We recommend staying here to our friends and family. Wish they had more rooms to accommodate more people.

My family had a great time at the hotel, the casino, bar, and the restaurant. Everything we did there was a lot of fun!! We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

They offer hotel rooms and camp sites right on the lake. The pool and whirlpool/hot tub are awesome and not overly crowded. Update, April 2018: I stayed here again, this time in a King suite. I enjoyed it thoroughly and it still has my favourite pool and hot tub of any hotel I've stayed at before or since. The location on Lake Superior is splendid, even when the bay is frozen. This is still a solid five stars for me.

Nice rooms, clean, and large. Hotel staff has been great. Casino staff is not very friendly :( I am not a gambler so I had questions about the players club card...asked a couple people and I felt like I was interrupting them. Little cafe is open and is good for quick bar food meal, bigger restaurant is not open. We came prepared though! Off season up here and not many businesses open.

We recently rented out some space from the convention center for a family gathering. They provided us with coffee and water. The server that came in from the restaurant was very nice and professional. He handled all of our orders and didn't forget a single order. After the event, the tables were quickly cleaned and taken care of. I would definitely host an event there again.
