4* because the hoagie tasted great. But in actuality maybe a 3 rating bc even without them being busy it took awhile to make.

Waited 20 minutes for my food then when I went up and asked about it, they just started making it and asking clarifications about my order telling me I should have told the cashier this things when I ordered it. The thing is I did. Don't know where the confusion came from on my very simple order...

Poor service and super slow. We waited 30 minutes for a single soup. A soup!! We had to ask for a refund. Don't waste your time here, there are better options around.

Today I experience one of the most rudest costumer service I've ever seen by far. I have only wrote reviews and comments for companies I recommend, and never even wasted my time when I receive bad service, however I could not help myself with this. Disclosure- I have previously worked in the food service industry for over 4 years, and I understand being tired and exhausted at the end of a shift... However, if I ever had a customer completely forgotten about and waited for over 30 minutes for food that was not coming, I would treat them with more respect that I witnessed today. This lady waited and then was told from an employee (after waiting and being forgotten about) that "I don't care you didn't get your food". i am not sure how they treat there customer during the day, however I can ensure you that when the evening/Night arises that the employees here are not as welcoming and " customer friendly" as you would imagine. I am highly disappointed in this place, and will encourage everyone I know to not waste your money here

Staying at the hotel and had the late night munchies. The sandwiches are great and a much better option than room service. And the team members working this evening were very friendly.
